The hotel was situated in a beautiful place .The staff were always polite and friendly .There was a good choice of food in the resturant and the chef even went out of his way to cook my daughter and myself something that was not on the menu .We will certainly be returning again |

Every aspect of what a good hotel should be. tough to get food late night. Smoking everywhere is a country thing I guess, not a hotel issue. No clock in room. |

nice view, calmness, close to beaches; nicely renovated rooms (i. e. if you consider that this hotel was built in the 60¨s, then they have done a good job in renovation) definitely overpriced - old "yugoslav" decor in restaurant and reception; staff was observed being rude to other guests when having special requests. I only recommend this hotel because there is no other choice in Pula! |

very high price - we were two adults with two children and we paid 290 EUR per night, bed and breakfast, which I consider too high for the service we got. It seemed to me that the staff did not care much about the customers satisfaction as they had the hotel full anyway... The hotel is right close to two star tourist settlement and the facilities around correspond to that... |

The view from the room was an excellent one (nevertheless, that was not based on extra payment). The breakfasts and the dinners were marvellous. I would highly recommend the soaps in the rooms of the guests and in the wc (bathrooms) of the hotel to be available always! This has already been pointed out of a Scandinavian guest of the hotel in the past and is possible to be read in the rating of the hotel. |
