Servicen var bra, hotellpersonalen var mycket hjälpsam och engagerad. Under vår vecka på hotellet byttes lobbyns möbler ut och nya tavlor hängdes upp på väggarna. Mycket fräscht och trivsamt intryck. Har inget att klaga på. |

Fina rum med bra utsikt över vacker miljö. Tillmötesgående personal och bra möjligheter för aktiviteter, pool(inomhus/ utomhus) gym massage casino mm. Ett av våra rum låg direkt vid hiss som tyvärr både lät och gjorde vibrationer i rummet. |

Läget var utmärkt för de som vill spendera sin semester i solen, vid poolen eller vid havet.Hotellet erbjuder alla de bekvämligheter man kan tänkas behöva för en avslappnande semester. Hotellpersonalen var hjälpsam när de väl uppmärksammade en. Gästerna är inte högsta prioritet. Men det verkar vara en annan servicepolicy i området generellt. |

Riklig och utmärkt frukost med stort urval. Personalen var mycket tillmötesgående och gjorde allt för att tillmötesgå gästernas önskningar Hotellrummen var bristfälligt ljudisolerade. Sålunda stördes man av musiken från nattklubben samt även från orkestern i det stora "balrummet" där man hade exempelvis bröllopsmiddagar. Tyvärr hade man inte satt på värmen i hotellet och vid ca 5-8 gr utomhustemperatur blev rummen kyliga. I vårt fall fick vi tillgång till sep värmefläkt, varför rumstemp blev acceptabel. |

The decor of the hotel, the views from the hotel bedroom and its location beside the sea but only a short bus ride from the town The hotel could not cater for all the people at dinner in the evening and there were queues for food. The food and the service were not up to four star standard. Would not recommend taking the half board option. |

I found the staff very friendly but I think the menu could be changed in the downstairs restaurant and include a burger or a good light salad. I also loved the pool. It was totally perfect for what I wanted which was a pool, lovely walks, bus not too far away so all in all,, nothing I did not like |

Most of the staff were helpful. There was a noisy wedding reception occurring when we arrived but they moved it to a more remote location when they said they would and we had a good sleep. Some of the staff were arrogant and not helpful. The corridors need refreshing but the room was ok. We found it very difficult to find the hotel by car. |

Food, pools, parking, general tenor and atmosphere. Quiet. Little hotel info in English. General area is untidy and run down. |

Very good location, beach, restaurants + supermarket nearby, breakfast was good and lots of choice, clean and big room, very nice terrace with comfy chairs, casino, friendly staff. I don't know why lots of people had bad experiences with this hotel, during our stay, everything was perfect and I would book it again for a next holiday. housekeeping was rather early, so we had to hang the do not disturb sign every night. |

the room was clean and comfortable and it was lovely to come back to a clean room each evening! the room cleaners were excellent. Very relaxing atmosphere all-round. Good choice at the breakfast buffet. one of the men on reception was exceptionally rude and un-helpful, although the other reception staff made up for this as they were very friendly! |

I could not leave the hotel by my car for some half an hour, because the drive way was blocked by a delivery vehicle. The hotel staff did not take an effective action despite my request. |

As there are almost no city hotels in Pula, you have to stay further outside the city as e.g. in this hotel. There are at least direct and cheap buses next to the hotel to the city centre. Its rooms are large and serviceable. It is one of this many hotels in Croatia which hasn't been renovated since a longer time and makes still a socialistic impression. |

The seaside view (especially nice) and the overall floor and room space within the hotel. Also the overall external environment (trees, pines, etc.) Obviously this hotel is missing somme engineering/maintenance dedication . |
