Peaceful resort - room self catering and our apartment new and very modern - sea view from balcony. We booked a 'sea view' room but was given an old dirty room which had no sea view. I complained to the reception and they gave us another room which was better throughout but no sea view. I complained again and this time we were given a nice modern, clean room with half sea view which we accepted. |

This was good basic accommodation, the resort was very clean and quiet and the staff were helpful. You can get into town 2 miles away on the 2a or 3a buss but it's also walkable via the road or coastal path (return trip by bus is about £2.50 works out cheaper if you plan to use the bus a lot to buy a bus card). There was one tiny stone beach in the resort which was packed despite the resort being fairly empty, most of the area is rocks which was fine for us but not so good for those with children. |

All the staff were nice and friendly,the cafe/resturants within the complex were clean,tidy,respectable and reasonabilly priced,with a wide variety of food and drink Although the apartment was clean and comfortable on the inside the exterior could do with a lick of paint.There is also a problem with ants which could be solved with a few strands of copper accross the doorways to stop them coming in |

Beach location, close to town, spacious clean room. We asked for a beach view but the view was hidden by tall trees. They wanted 100 Kuna to move us to a different room. |

2 minutes from the beach and very peaceful in the evening need to take the 3A or 2A bus into Puls, not a problem really. |

Avulias henkilökunta respassa. siivous voisi olla parempaa, pyyhkeissä vanhoja tupakan aihettamia reikiä. Piti olla merinäköala, mutta puut estivät näkymän, tästä pitöisi mainita. |

Buna ziua! Dragii mei , in primul rand tin sa va multumesc pentru zilele minunate petrecute in statiunea dumneavoastra. A fost mai mult decat ne asteptam si am foarte placut impresionati de serviciile dumneavoastra.Am plecat cu parere de rau , dar asta e .... Tot ce e frumos se termina mult prea repede . Ca sisugestie as avea una singura si sper sa nu supar pe cineva. Ar fi bine ca personalul de curatenie sa se ocupe mai serios de camerele oaspetilor si ma refer aici la urmatoarele : cel putin la doua zile sa verifice camerele daca trebuie scosi sacii de gunoi menajer si pusi alti saci fie in bucatarie fie in baie ( noi de exemplu am preferat sa cumparam saci de gunoi decat sa arunc direct in... |

Basen, restauracja, sklep - wszystko na terenie ośrodka. Cisza i spokój - ale może dlatego że przebywaliśmy tam przed sezonem turystycznym. Dość przestronne mieszkanka. Atrakcje takie jak fitness, dancing, live music etc. pokoje nie lśniły czystością, były wysprzątane na szybko i niedokładnie. Przez cały tydzień również nikt nie sprzątał, przed wypoczynkiem polecamy zaopatrzyć się w papier toaletowy, worki na śmieci, płyn do naczyń. |

Das Horizont Resort ist schön direkt am Meer gelegen und mit viel Grün bewachsen. Die Auswahl von Sport und Freizeitangeboten ist riesig. Man kann seinen Wagen relativ sicher direkt auf dem Gelände parken. Die Poolanlage ist sehr sauber. Die Wohnungen machten beim Bezug einen nicht sehr sauberen Eindruck. Sie wirken schmuddelig und renovierungsbedürftig (jedenfalls im Haus Karmen). Das Personal ist vielfach unkompetent und nicht sehr freundlich (ausgenommen das Rezeptionspersonal). Die Preise in den Bars und Restaurants sind häufig überteuert und wenig schmackhaft. Wir haben in der Altstadt oft für die Hälfte und besser gegessen. |
