I definitely like the SPA/Wellness zone. Very nice! Also I like the location, which is right above a beautiful beach. The lounge bar (Viento) just beneath the hotel is exceptional! What a feeling, what a view! Regarding the SPA zone - a major drawback is that the jacuzzi bath turns off every 2 minutes. The waiter has to turn it on every 2 minutes! As he is engadged in other activities (not just overlooking the jacuzzi), it happens that you have to search for him, or just change your mind and do something else, not waiter-dependable. The bathroom can be much cleaner, especially the radiator. The balcony also. TV is a very old model. Major drawback: the bad in the standard double room with balcony is 140 cm wide! And then they put on a 160 cm mattress. First two nights I've awakened several times, having a feeling that I'll fall down from the bad. Breakfast is very boring, except the custom made scrambled eggs with onion, ham and cheese.

vicinity of the beach, beach bar and restaurant on the beach belonging to the hotel, and closeness to the town center (restaurants, cafees, shops) and spa center chairs on the beach should be free for hotel guest and towels should be allowed for taking them on the beach not only in the pool area.

The cleaning lady was doing a good job. The location was closed to the beach. The price is too much for the offered conditions. The furniture was very old and everything was chip. The people from reception was not nice and they tried to overcharge us with 300 euro. It was for my husband that noticed and they changed the bill with the correct booking value. But this delayed us with almost one hour. The breakfast was horible. The people was not nice and they closed the doors at 10.00 am. At 10.02 they were getting you out. So, having a little child and going to breakfast at 9.45 was not a good idea. For them everything was closing at 10.00 am sharp. So, I would not recommand this hotel if you want good services and a 4 star hotel. It is definetly not a 4 star hotel.

The location, room, facilities and food were all of a high standard and we would be more than happy to return to the hotel should we ever want to come to Baska Voda again. We would also be happy to recommend the hotel to anyone we know. My wife found the toilet flush in our room (228) difficult to operate and it would be nice to have free tap water available with the evening meal.

В отеле второй раз. Хорошее расположение, у моря. Вокруг сосны. Хорошее море, правда надо покупать специальные тапочки для купания, без них заходить в море не комфортно. Из нашего номера было прекрасный вид на Адриатику, и острова Брач, Хвар. Просторный номер. Но за все это надо дополнительно платить. Однообразный завтрак. Правда все съедобно. Горничная чудила с полотенцами и гелями для душа, клала по своему усмотрению. Делали замечания.

skvělá poloha, příjemný personál, dobrá kuchyně, doplňkové možnosti rekreace (bazén, whirpool), čistota zařízení pokoje a hlavně koupelny už trochu zastaralé

Krásné okolí - hezká pláž Makarské riviéry a krásné hory Biokovo. Pohodlné parkování auta na hotelovém parkovišti. Přeplněná pláž.
