Hotel Eden

The staff were really friendly and the hotel was peaceful, well suited for a family with small kids.The breakfast was also good. Room was kept clean, although the cleaning was not consistent: Some days the rubbish bins were emptied, on others the daycovers were not placed on the beds.

I wouldn't class this as a four-star hotel: Even though the "spa" area was pleasant, the water in the pool was far too cold, really cold, and there wasn't really the elements you'd expect from a spa. Also, small things seemed to be falling at the seams: Towel racks fell from the wall, the blug in the sink got stuck, and so on. The information in the leaflets in the room was contradictory, for example never found out if there was room service or not. Moreover, there was no English-speaking TV channels available. The promotions also noted that this hotel is "on the sea", which is not really true: It is next to a busy main road, in the middle of some mixed housing, and you have to walk down quite some distance (500m) to get to an actual beach.

Overall it was alright. Breakfast was good. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Staff was courteous.

Some of the surrounding area is not very nice. Hotel is somewhat hidden as it was built on a valley and there are too many houses around.Path to the sea is complicated. It is more of a three-star than a four-star hotel.

We had booked a family room for 5 and were given an enormous room with 3 beds plus a double, all in one apartment. Quite stylish and clean. Breakfast was great with fabulous omelettes!

Next to the beach but in the middle of nowhere. We walked along the main road to find a restaurant (hotel one looked too expensive to take our children to) and failed to find one within 2 miles. The main coast road to Split or south was very busy (or stationary) so allow enough time to travel, obviously nothing to do with the hotel.

We liked the size of the rooms and the fact we were given a free upgrade.The indoor pool is good also.

trato agradable y servicio del hotel

- la vue sur mer et le balcon, la gentillesse et la grande disponibilité du personnel (réception), bon anglais qui permet une bonne compréhension, Pizzeria à proximité, Internet Gratuit dans la chambre

- un peu loin de Split même si un bus nous permet de rejoindre la ville toutes les 30 minutes de 5 heure du matin à minuit (20 minutes de trajet). Literie molle!

Bella stanza con vista mare e bagno all'altezza. Ottimo il servizio internet gratuito in stanza (se avete il vostro portatile ovviamente). Consigliato.

letto un po' troppo morbido (anche se nuovissimo) e cuscini troppo 'gonfi'.

Hotel und Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal hilfsbereit; der Außenberich und die unmittelbare Umgebung sind enttäuschend;

Zimmer war klein, sehr einfach möbliert und dekoriert; Klimaanlage konnte das stark aufgeheizte Zimmer auf der Südseite, das vermutlich länger nicht gebucht war, nicht kühlen; der Aufenthalt Ende August war eine Zumutung; 4 Sterne sind absolut übertrieben (ganz klar 3 Sterne);

Bel hôtel à taille humaine, bien placé en bord de mer, belles prestations et grand confort, avec une piscine intérieure sympathique

Struttura apprezzabile sia per la posizione (poco distante dal mare) che per il comfort. Ottima disponibilità del personale.
