Excellent new spa and pool area, one of the best in Croatia for sure, very relaxing place to unwind in a great location, we are returning in July. Good choice for a weekend break, 20 minutes transfer, easy connections from London. |

There is a reason why this hotel is "Jewel of Dubrovnik". Great view of the city, comfy rooms with excelennt bathroom, great service, all in all great vallue for money. Thumbs up! |

This hotel is a truly 5 star hotel. The rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable. The bathroom luxurious. The hotel spa is an experience with direct access to the private beach. Views of Dubrovnik from the hotel which is only a few mins walk away are incredible. The selection of English entertainment on the TV is poor - a common Croatian tourist mishap. |

While expensive the Excelsior Hotel offers real value for money.Services in every area throughout the hotel are excellent.The staff are attentive to needs and happy to respond. A first rate holiday. |

Very nice hotel, rooms werem lovely. Excellent location to old city only a very short walk. Would definately stay there again. No, it was a very enjoyable experience. Only stayed for 2 nights so did not get to use or see all the facilities. |

Very close to the old town. It was right on the water & the views were outstanding. I would recemmond this hotel for its location. Breakfast buffet was substandard for a 5 star hotel. We had a deluxe seaview room with a balcony. The balcony was very small, only just able to hold 2 chairs. The picture of the balcony on the internet is very deceptive. Staff were very slow to answer the phone. Most of the time I had to contact the front desk for any service requirements, including room service & housekeeping. |

Beautiful hotel. Great location. The pool and indoor leisure facilities were closed for renovation (which looked amazing and was a key reason for booking this hotel) but there was no mention of this on their website. Quite disappointed by this. |

The hotel was newly refurbished just before our stay, everything was very new and completed to a high standard. We did not book a room with a sea view, but this did not detract from our enjoyment of the hotel. The breakfast included in the B&B rate was excellent. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. |

The location was outstanding, right on the sea overlooking the Old City of Dubrovnik. It was very easy as a base to explore the area. The hotel is beautiful and the sun bathing area with loungers fantastic. |
