Las habitaciones estaban muy bien y las vistas preciosas. La ubicacion del desayuno y el piano bar por la noche estupendos. Pocos servicios para un hotel de 5 estrellas. Personal distante. |

su ubicación, muy cerca del casco antiguo de Dubrovnik,las vistas, el spa, la zona de solarium y acceso al mar , la tranquilidad y una actuación muy eficiente que tuvo el personal con un problema que tuvimos con una excursión |

Su acceso directo al mar mediante una plataforma de piedra, es una piscina natural muy bonita ,su spa gratuíto y lo bien que se come, tiene un marisco fabuloso a precios más bajos que en Valencia. Nada, volvería. |

La habitacion creo que el precio de la misma no era para estar en un semi sotano con vistas a una paret y la estancia de la piscina en ningun momento me dijeron que fuera reservado |

Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido su ubicación, muy cercana al centro, así como el confort de las habitaciones. Por cierto en recepción saben español, y te pueden aconsejar excursiones. Ah! estupenda su piscina natural como su playa privada y SPA. |

Las habitaciones con vistas al mar, el desayuno, la playa privada del hotel, la excelente situación, el trato exquisito. Muy recomendable, creo que el mejor hotel de Dubrovnik. |

Las instalaciones y en concreto la playa privada con tumbonas y sombrillas Nos consiguieron un coche de alquiler a última hora cuando ya lo dábamos por imposible. Es algo caro pero merece la pena. Por decir algo, que la pantalla plana no se puede mover y está mal situada para poder ver la TV desde la cama. |

Tiene unas vistas maravillosas a la ciudad si coges la habitación con esas características. Es más caro, pero merece la pena. El personal del hotel, amable en general, aunque poco próximo. El desayuno podíaestar mejor, en comparación con otros que son más baratos. |

Excelente!!! Si decidis ir, escojer una habitación con vistas al mar y a Dubrovnik. No os arrepentiréis. La habitación (con supletorio) para tres era justa. |

La habitación con vistas al mar, su playa privada y el spa. Si, el fin de semana la hora del desayuno fue un horror; mesas sin atender ni recoger, poquísimo personal y la gente persiguíendoles para que te sirvieran el café. |

Very comfortable hotel with helpful staff. L'Occitane shower gels and shampoos are great choice. You need to climb up the slope to get to the hotel. |

The hotel is in a great location easily access to Dubrovnik. The views from the balcony are stunning. Good facilities and food make it a great place to stay although it is somewhat expensive. Ideal for a special occasion |

The location and the view of Dubrivnik Old Town from the hotel terrace was excellent. Which cannot be said about the room I stayed in (look below). For eur 175 per night all I got was a room with its window facing a cliff so instead of a sea view that a hotel which such a great location and such high reputation and prices should have there was almost no light coming in from outside. The morning buffee, too, was substandard even for a three-star hotel. |

Outside the city walls yet an easy 7-10 minute walk to everything within the old city. I'm delighted that we chose this location; it was quiet and relaxing. Front desk staff could have been a bit more welcoming and friendly. No one pointed out the hotel's facilities; we were left to find these on our own. They did explain the elevator nuances, which were a bit confusing at first, but that was about it. |

Myself and my newly wedded wife stayed here on our honeymoon for 3 days. Big mistake. We told them we were on our honeymoon - reminded them the day before and they did not even congratulate us when we arrived. Also the day before when I rang to confirm booking the girl (Antonia) could not find my booking and had to ring me back 15 mins later for my booking.com reference no. even though I offered her this the first time and she said she did not need it. I also found the staff unpleasant (not one smile) and not very helpful. My wife cut her toe and she had to wait 15-20 mins before we got a plaster delivered to our room. I am a smoker and at the beach restaurant I had to ask 3 times before I got an ashtray. All in all, not 5 star at all!! please see above |

The facilities were up to their 5 star rating and the staff were friendly and attentive. The room was great and the views up the coast and across to the old Town stunning. Our only criticism was the hot food at the buffet style breakfast. The eggs in particular were often barely warm and had been sat in the heated tray some time so were not very appetising. Could they not cook to order like the previous hotel we were at in Vienna? |
