Molto bello ma anche molto dispersivo, con labirinti tortuosi per raggiungere il ristorante o gli spazi comuni. Unica cosa negativa, abbiamo trovato delle formiche in camera, e al check out ci hanno detto solo sorry!!!! Non mi è sembrato un buon comportamento!!!

la postazione balneare L'Hotel non è all'altezza di uno standard 5 stelle. Molte camere hanno la vista sulla strada. Alcune sono addirittura a livello del sottoscala.

Positivo sotto tutti gli aspetti - posizione stupenda con la città vecchia facilmente raggiungibile a piedi - Tutto un po' caro paragonato ai costi croati ma comunque in linea con la qualità del servizio

Service and the beach. Hotel managers who refused to refund 3 days which we payed but didnt use . We spent thousands of dollars in their hotel and services through ALS - private yachts, jets nd excursions and add one more room. Hotel manager even didnt want to show up to give their explanation. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to my friends because of snoby and ignorant managers who should at least show their faces and give me explanation. But I recommend Adriatic Luxury Services

Service at the 'beach'... And reception staff. There was not really sea view. I could see the sea from the corner of the building. Brekafast could be better. Is not bad, but could be better.

The whole purpose of a weekend break for us is to enjoy SPA/fitness facilities as we live in Montenegro and can visit Chroatia almost every weekend. That is why it was very dissapointing to see some sauna and gym facilities not working. We have not received value for money. It is gross misrepresentation to attract guests by spa facilities on your website while not all of them are actually working.

Great to stay near to (but not in) the walled city. Absolute luxury (and prices to match). But if you are up for treating yourself this is ideal in that it allows you to have the benefit of a private seafront within the hotel but to be within easy walking distance of the city. We are very pleased to have stayed here and not inside the city which seemed permanently overcrowded.

Great hotel, fantastic location with amazing views. Staff were helpful and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I would certainly go back and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel with excellent facilities. The pool and seaside area could not have been improved and the quality of food served was excellent. Definitely deserves it's five star rating. There was nothing complimentary included in the price. There was extra charges for drinking water, printing, etc.

The hotel was really close to all amenities with a 5 minute walk into the old town. The swimming area is not a beach but is a lovely area with easy accessibility to the water. Rooms were serviced twice every day. The security in the hotel is not very good and you need to make sure your valuables and cases are kept locked all the time.

Location of hotel, 5 mins walk from the old town and with fantastic views across the bay, is great. Beach area is comfortable and staff are very friendly and helpful. The terrace is a great location for an evening drink. Ate at a couple of the restaiurants and at the beach area and food was consistently good. Driving there was relatively straighforward and valet parking so no hassle when arriving by car. Room was nice but not exceptional. View from balcony across the bay was great though.

Location and helpful staff. The room (twin) was quite small with a very small balcony with sea view. For the category of hotel the room was really too small for two adults.

This is the best hotel in Dubrovnik! I loved my stay there and if I happen to visit the city again I will definetely stay in Excelsior. They have private beach and restaurant at the beach is amazing, recently refurbished rooms-very clean and very nice bathrooms, large swimming pool and saunas. The hotel has a fantastic location only 5 mins away from the oldtown and 30-40 mins from the airport. Nice staff, great hotel- definetely choose it!

This was one of the best hotels I ve stayed in. I loved the staff, the atmosphere, the view. Food is one of the best I have eaten anywhere in the world. The crispy rolls stuffed with meat was absolutely amazing. I am definitely coming back to this hotel. I can easily say this is the best hotel in Dubrovnik. I mean if it was good enough for Roman Abramovich, I think it will be good enough for most people=)) Loved everything... I really cant think of a single thing to complain about. The only thing that could be nicer for such hotel would be a little bit nicer reception. But other then that it was one of the most complete luxury hotels I have stayed in. Even Ritz or Kempnski(that micheal jackson stayed in) in Berlin cant compare with this hotel, although you could argue they look more exclusive.

Location is the best in Dubrovnik 5 min walking to old town. Great bar with terace, pool & spa, excellent breakfast - we came after breakfast time and get everything. Bigbathroom... Many non educated staff, young waiters who dont know about drinks and food, or about history of dubrovnik...
