Hotel pool and poolside was lovely! Always sunbeds by the pool - no charge. Amazing view from room and poolside-we asked for a sea view, which was also pool view. Room was nice - tv, nice bathroom-always hot water. Overall very nice hotel. Was a bit worried after reading lonely planet guides etc that said it needed to be updated but we didnt think so at all! Very nice hotel overall. would recommend it. Breakfast was poor |

At our arrival we got good directions how to buy tickets for the local buses and we were explained which bus we should take. When we checked out the Hotel staff didn't seem to care about us. The furnitures in the room were old and there was a wierd smell in the room. The bed was unconfortable we didn't have a good night sleep. The bathroom was small, dark, and old fashioned just like in the 1960s. |

Overall feeling of the place very nice--a bit 1970s swanky, but really just fine. Staff was outstanding. |

God choice at breakfast; the location was very pleasant and it was a pleasant 35 minute walk to the old city although buses were available. Taxis were an expensive alternative. |

Quite room (the ones with no sea view). The rooms with sea view have a serious problem with the food smell coming from the kitchen. Very far from the old city and poor public transportation. |

The breakfast was good and staff was nice. The pool area was nice and a short walk to the beach. The room was not as clean as a 4 star should be and the price was too much for the area considering all the rooms you could rent from private places for much less. Too much money because you spend such little time there out site seeing or on the beach. |

The location of the hotel. Most of the staff were positive and service minded. We pay extra for a room with balcony without any view. That was disappointed. |

The views from the hotel diningroom at breakfast were stunning. The different entertainment each evening was great. Food excellent Drinks very expensive, but this seems to apply all over the Old Town of Dubrovnik and adjacent hotels. |
