Proximity to Lapad Beach and promenade. Good terrace for outdoor food. Pleasant staff. Good for location. Quite basic - the double room had two separate beds pushed together - not a double bed. The room was quite dark and outdated - definitely needs renovation & upgrading. Breakfast was basic and ended at 9.30 sharp. |

Good location for the pebble beach, bus ride away from the old town. Overlloked the sea which was great. Very dated decor (needs renovation work). Staff not overly helpful e.g. refused to clal taxi (had to use room phone). It's not actually as great as it looks on the website. |

the use of the outdoor swimming pool I booked the Jacuzzi - which it most definitely is not. This is a bath with nozzles that shoot water and should not be advertised as a Jacuzzi. I did not use this facility - very disappointed |

Location is great: next to the beach and close to the bus stop (nr.6) to the city centre. Very nice view from the pool level and form the restaurant terrace. Personal was friendly and helpful. I agree with others who mentioned that hotel is very old-fashioned and really needs to be maintained. Also, many rooms don't have a balcony, like my room which was very dark. I would not like to stay there for more then 2 nights. Room was also dump and smell was bad. Internet is only available at the reception area. |

We didn´t like much. It´s very expensive and very old. For that money we expect something new, or very good decorated... It´s a very old hotel. The only thing we like is that you have parking for free, and the beach very close. The situation was very good, close to the buses to the city centre. Next to the beach, thats good. We didn´t like much. It´s very expensive and very old. For that money we expect something new, or very good decorated... It´s a very old hotel. The price should be 50-60 euro. Very old, and bad decoration. Poor quality for so much money!!! |

Excellent room, with a lovely sea view from balcony. A stones throw away from the beach and a good pool to relax at. Very good breakfast. We stayed last year and came back! Some staff very abrupt. But other staff very helpful. Unlike last year there is a bar that has loud music till early hours. We could hear this till 1-2am in our room on a week night. |

The staff in this hotel was the best thing about it, they were extremley helpful and very friendly. The hotel is very basic and not great value for money, the hotel really needs renovated and a lift that goes to the all the floors!! we had yo carry our suitcases from the parking area to the reception not easy to carry a heavy suitcase 3 flights of stairs!!! |

Good location right on the water and near city bus lines Price is a bit high for the quality of the accommodations - rooms are in need of updating. |

The location of the hotel is fantastic direct beach access, nearby restaurants, shopping, chn entertainment, bus stop to city. Hotel facilities are great outdoor pool, restaurant and night time entertainment The hotel building and furnishings are getting a little worn and tired, with a face lift this would be an amazing place to stay |

The accessibility to the beach and local bars/ restaurants, the picturesque scenery, and the pool facilities. With an included breakfast, it was good value for money. The live music in the evenings was a bit hit and miss. |

Good breakfast selection, located near beach & restuarants (but far from the old town centre). Free car parking. Was a bit shabby for a 3* standard - decor was quite dated & worn. |
