Hotel Kompas  

Hotel is quite simple but has a good value for the money. Rooms are spacious, confortable and very clean. Good view over Lapad bay. Good location if you rent a car, aprox 10 min from downtown. We travelled with a 6 month baby and they gave us a very comfortable baby cod, much better than in many 4* hotels where we have stayed before. If you have a rental c ar and do not want to spend a lot of money in accomodation, this is a very good option.

Hotel has extremelly dificult access for disable people, strollers and if you carry many luggage as it does not have elevator to some public areas (reception, restaurant). Poor breakfast

Great, clean, value for money hotel on Lapad beach with a pedestrian walkway from the beach to the bus stop (no.6 To the Old Town) / cab rank, lined with restaurants, bars and cafes.

Breakfast was adequate, which for the price was okay.

We stayed in the Kompas for 2 nights last week. The hotel was well located but our room 618 was very dark. It cost €286 euro for the two nights and I would consider that very expensive for the type of room we got. M. galvin

Outside pool

Staff were not very friendly (with the exception of the older lady serving around the pool area). Our room smelt of smoke and the air con did not work properly causing an uncomfortable sleep bearing in mind we booked this hotel for a bit a luxury at the end of our holiday, the guest houses we stayed in prior to this were much nicer and a lot cheaper. The food was not the best considering the prices.

The hotel was excellent for our stay

Staff was great. Brakfast as very good.

Booked two rooms ,one was for our travel friends, Hotel took both room prepayments from my cedit card. Very inconvienient

Hotel je dobar sa svim sadrzajima koji su potrebni za ugodan boravak. Smjesten je na odlicnoj lokaciji i prelijepoj uvali Lapad sa mogucnosti duge setnje uz more kroz borovu sumu. Ima odlicnu povezanost autobusom do stare jezgre Dubrovnika, oko 10 min voznje. Hotel je miran i pogodan za odmor. Osoblje je veoma ljubazno. Sugerisao bih wirelles i u sobama a ne samo oko loby bara i recepcije radi veceg konfora gostiju koji imaju i poslovne zahtjeve dok borave u hotelu.

Jag tyckte om läget och utsikten mot havet. Kvalitén på maten I restaurangen kunde varit bättre.

Luftkonditioneringen I rummet fungerade inte. Badrummet var för litet och kunde ha hylla för badrumsartiklar.
