Petit dejeuner très bien En revanche pas de possibilité de dinner, dommage ! La chambre donnant sur rue est plutôt petite et assez bruyante. |

le parking "privé" minuscule et pour y accéder il fallait monter sur un trottoir, il est certain qu'un nombre conséquent de véhicules ont eu un problème, dont le mien. Le parc "privé", magnifique, d'après votre site est en friche et la plage elle aussi privée est ridicule et de plus il faut payer pour s'y allonger sur un transat. |

L'hotel est à proximité des plages et le personnel de l'hotel est tres serviable Il pourrait y avoir plus d'activités en cas de mauvais temps : billard, tennis de table, piscine... |

Wonderful location, with room overlooking sea and within easy walking distance of restaurants, etc. Also liked easy access to Lungo Mare. |

Although the hotel was said in your on line description to have free wireless internet it did not have this. The receptionist could not have cared less and suggested using the interent in the entry hall for whihc charges were to be made. We subsequently found out that in the garden we could use the wireless internet of the hotel next door!! |

most of all the location of the hotel, it have perfect view, and you can walk to evry place that you need(Opatija centar of Lovran).Hotel staff have very nice and original way of conucation whit the costumers. the rooms ate too small |

Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was superb with a good selection of food for the price paid, equivalent to many 4*. The lounge and rooms were also very comfortable, just as the website details, and we felt completely relaxed in the Hotel. The location is also very good within Lovran. We all agreed that if the opportunity arrose we would return to this Hotel. On one night there was a festival that was a little noisy for the 'street' side rooms. This did not spoil our holiday, but anyone sensitive to this should consider booking the 'sea view' rooms as these would be less exposed to traffic noise. |

View of over the sea That the website announced free wifi internet, but the connection at the bar, the only place where it was really free was so poor that I couldn't work. I felt cheated and wouldnt recommend it again |

Attractive look. Very well situated with a great sea view. Nice and spacious rooms with high ceilings. Friendly staff. There was no air-conditioning despite a reservation. Installing a hairdrier in bathrooms would be a good idea |

Charming Hotel - view to the water and a very nice atmosphere in the Foyer area for sitting and relaxing with a drink. We were a little surprised to find there was no elevator - carrying heavy suitcases up several flights of stairs is a problem.Staff did not assist. |

Clean modern rooms with high ceiling. Some rooms have excellent balconies to the sea. Nice shady terrace for breakfast and trees in the garden where you can sit in the shade. Easy access to the sea walk 'Lungo Mare'. Excellent for joggers! The breakfast is very good. The parking situation: there are only very few places right in front of the hotel, which are often taken. To get onto these parking you have to drive from the main street (a lot of traffic) onto the sidewalk over a quite high step. My car often touched ground doing this and we dented our spoiler. The lobby if not really cosy and people are allowed to smoke there. |
