Grandes chambres claires, literie confortable, personnel souriant et disponible (ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas en croatie), terrain de tennis en terre battue très peu utilisé et donc disponible. Petit déjeuner sympathique sur la terrasse, face à la mer. La ville de Lovran est plutôt jolie, Opatija, proche est une station balnéaire chic, clientèle aisée et agée. L'hotel d'à-coté organise des soirées à thème, dont une terrifiante soirée techno le vendredi (pas d'insonorisation, sommeil impossible avant 4h), plus calme les autres soirs. La plage est en béton. |

bon acces a internet,stationnement gratuit,bord de mer facilement accessible,localise dans un secteur avec un magnifique panorama tarif inconnu,non affiche,pour le diner.manque de signalisation pour l acces au bord de mer.fermeture du bar tres tot.Hotel voisin(lovran excelsior)bruyant. |

The hotel was in a perfect location. -- Our seaside room was spacious, cool with a wonderful view. Breakfast was outstanding. Hotel staff were very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Wi-fi was free and available. Old-world charm. |

There is only a short stepped descent to the sea and a clean, deep-water bathing area (unsuitable for children). Most staff are friendly, relaxed but well-informed on places to visit in Istria. Air-conditioned rooms were essential due to proximity of road, or machine noise associated with swimming pool in adjacent hotel. W-fi free but only in bar and poor reception. Cabled network in bar expensive. Grounds of hotel were worn and largely unkept. |

great location in the centre of Lovran, with free parking and helpful staff. Hotel beach is very close but is a concrete area, as are many in this area, but was fine as visiting for just a few days. Lovran is a beautiful litlle town and well worth a visit |

Basicly due to location a good choice if visiting coastal towns for a shorter stay. A splendid view has to be counterbalanced with no in-room air-conditioning. There is no wireless in rooms (not matching described amenities). |

very nice and helpful reception, good beds, excellent shower, excellent and silent air-con, nice breakfast, seaside location lack of minibar or fridge, bar (drinks) very expensive, overall the hotel lacks a bit of TLC - a bit of warmth and charme |

We went to the old town, swimmed and made a long trip by bus to Opatija and bacb by walking on the beach walking street. |

Although the hotel was said in your on line description to have free wireless internet it did not have this. The receptionist could not have cared less and suggested using the interent in the entry hall for whihc charges were to be made. We subsequently found out that in the garden we could use the wireless internet of the hotel next door!! |

most of all the location of the hotel, it have perfect view, and you can walk to evry place that you need(Opatija centar of Lovran).Hotel staff have very nice and original way of conucation whit the costumers. the rooms ate too small |

Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was superb with a good selection of food for the price paid, equivalent to many 4*. The lounge and rooms were also very comfortable, just as the website details, and we felt completely relaxed in the Hotel. The location is also very good within Lovran. We all agreed that if the opportunity arrose we would return to this Hotel. On one night there was a festival that was a little noisy for the 'street' side rooms. This did not spoil our holiday, but anyone sensitive to this should consider booking the 'sea view' rooms as these would be less exposed to traffic noise. |

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant, tolle Lage direkt am Meer. Teppiche im Hotelzimmer müßten dringend erneuert werden. |

Un bell'edificio in buona posizione sul mare, servizio cortese. Camere spaziose e ben arredate. Rapprto prezzo/prestazioni favorevole. La mancanza della climatizzazione potrebbe creare qualche problema nelle giornate più calde e nelle camere più esposte (lato mare) |

l'eccellente cordialità e disponibilità di tutto il personale, L'ottima posizione del complesso la mancanza di ascensore per raggiungere le camere poste sul lato vecchio della struttura |
