Great location. Right on the water. Staff was very accommodating. First class hotel. Terrific breakfast selections They added a "sea view" surcharge to my rate which was unexpected. I would have preferred to be quoted with that charge included in the original rate |

The view, the gardens, the terrace. Out of season, it's a great place to stay. The food was poor. Meat dishes in the daily buffet were leathery and a duck with lentil sauce chosen from the a la carte menu was overcooked and loaded with salt. |

the location and the parking. room and bathroom were ok we paid extra for see view. a big tree blocked the see view and the window was very small. our room was not in the main buildingand we had to walk in the rain for everything we needed. the entrance to our building was through a restaurant with all the smells and noise. |

The grounds surrounding the hotel were quite nice and they had a good breakfast buffet. The beds were comfortable. We were disappointed to find out that our room was in a building separated from the main hotel and had to be accessed by walking outside. The internet connection did not work in our room and the hotel staff was not up front about this (they made several excuses before telling us that the internet was out in that building). They also had recently moved reception and were very disorganized. |

Nice room, hotel staff at the reception, two seperate washbasins in the bathroom of the hotel room in the morning we had to wait to get a table for breakfast because there were too many people; waiters were too slow - not that i cant' wait a bit, but when there are so many people in the dining room, they shouldn't hesitate and shuld be more efficient (especially when there are people waiting to get a vacant seat or when food at the buffet-tables was missing all the time);... nothing really bad but all of the above mentioned is not really proper for the 5* hotel |
