The location of Hotel Neptun was excellent for catching ferries and boat excursions. The interior can do with some changes but considering the location, a look outside the window is enough to forget about the decor. |

Stayed for just one night , had to move room due to nouise from air con units , floor 1 overloking front of hotel !!!! excellent buffet good location on sea front , parking good 3 star and a bit tired |

The buffet Dinner and Breakfast were excellent, lots of choice. There is one air conditioned area of the dinning room and the rest is a bit hot. It's right in the heart of the town so has a great location, bit remember ear-plugs because the disco down the street can be a bit loud. |

The location. In the centre of town and perfect for catching the ferry to Venice. Lack of air-conditioning in the rooms. Not really acceptable for a 3 star hotel in this climate. |

The location, very close to the ferry to Venice. There was no air conditioning in the rooms. Very hot. They gave us a room with no views so we had to change the second night, but was noisy... |

Location of the hotel is superb, room was nice and comfy, stuff is helpful and friendly I didn't like that the room window looked at the promenade which was very noisy at night |

Wonderful hotel - comfortable, clean room; the location is great, the food is exquisite (both breakfast and dinner, with a lot of variaty); they also gave us a boat card to travel to the close-by island, which was nice. No air-conditioning, but for us it wasn't really necessary, as the evenings are cool enough by the sea side; |

View from balcony of the bay; breakfast was very nice. Extremely noisy with boardwalk activities below. No AC and very hot. A fan would have been helpful!! |

The location was very good..right in the heart of the action i.e near bars and restaurants in the best part of town. The hotel room was not air conditioned which meant it was extremely uncomfortbale. The room also looked like it was in real need of a refurbishment. Also if you want to avoid a load of Brits of package holidays then this is not the place for you as there loads of em. The breakfast was an enormous buffet and most of it was not very good. |

The staff were helpful and nice. We did know that there weren't any Air Condition in the room but we didn't think it would be that hot in the room. And the restaurant were caos, people everywhere and very noisy. |

Stayed at the Neptun for the Davis Cup matches 10-12 July 2009. Did enjoy the location, the weather,staff was the most accommodating and friendly. Enjoyed tremendously. The only thing was no air conditioning or at least a ceiling fan would have helped. Please put my name as "Gerry" in the author information. You spelled Geraldine wrong - no "f" in the name. Great location, ideally placed to enjoy the town, local beaches and other attractions and to access trips further afield. Reasonable facilities for a town hotel, friendly staff and excellent value. Very good buffet breakfast and reasonable dinner buffet (which can be substituted for a packed lunch if you wish). Compact bedrooms - but fair enough, it is priced accordingly and room facilities are good. But within 50 metres of the hotel is an open air bar which plays very loud disco music until 2.00 A.M. every night. With no air con in the room we had to have the windows open (but even closing them only provides limited relief. |
