location right next to ferry so no problems finding hotel, decent buffet, staff were very helpful on travel questions and recommendations, room was adequate but nothing special. |

The location was superb being on the waterfront and so close to everything.The restaurant food was good to excellent as was the service.A truly enjoyable stay. My only grouse was the car parking facility.You had to go through a barrier to get to or leave the hotel and this was shared with the public.To get the barrier lifted each time was slow even if you notified reception that you were leaving.In addition to this our reserved space was often blocked by other vehicles not connected to the hotel. |

Very nice and helpful staff, excellent value for money deal. Perfect location at the harbour. Parking your car is terrible - had to walk and ask the reception two times until they finally let us in into the reserved parking place. |

The location is excellent (near the harbor). The food are excellent (a lot of sea fruits).Parking is possible on site, and hotel is very good for Venice cruise. The morning is noisy.Many old couple stay in hotel. |

porec was attractive and nice place to stay. The hotel was in a lovely position on teh harbour front There was very limited food for vegetarians but otherwise the food was good. Also parking was extra which was not made clear on the hotel information. |

No communication via email. No ac in the summer time. When we arrived remain 2 rooms - very noisy and smelly :( If you didn`t chosen room vith a view to a shore you`ll get viev to a smellly kitchen backyard. Totally not recommended. |

The staff were friendly & the food was very good. It really needs airconditioning so you can shut the windows as it is very hot & as the bars nearby are extremely noisey and play music until 4.30 in the morning it is impossible to sleep. |

I stayed in the hotel for three days, together with my wife and 1 year old daughter. The rooms were just average 3 star rooms, nice bathrooms. However, the main strehngth of this hotel is the food - incredible, the food was at least 4 star, I would give it maybe 5 stars. I have never had such a great buffet diners. I have not found anything that would not be tasty. It was very impressive If possible, I would only add airconditioning in the rooms |

The room I stayed in had no air-conditioning... From 10:00 Pm untill 0300 AM from the near by coffee shops and restaurants is played music very loud, so it is difficult to get a decent night sleep other that everything was great. |
