The price is very reasonable. The food was good, rooms were clean although poorly equipped without air conditionners and fridges. |

Our stay at the Falkensteiner Hotel Punat was very enjoyable. The hotel is silent, cleanly and very good enviroment. Safe is a good idea. Our rooms were without balcony. (It was my mistake at the booking). I think one chair is not enough. two chairs should be in the room. Fridge necessary! |

Wir waren positiv überrascht von der Vollpension. Das Buffet machte, für diesen Preis, einen sehr guten Eindruck. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und immer frisch. Es wurde auch bis zum Schluß immer nachgefüllt. Besonders gut war das Frühstück. Daas Personal war immer freundlich. Die Zimmer sind relativ kein und leider ohne Klimaanlage |

zentrale Lage, Hotel-Cafe mit Terrasse in Pomenaden-Nähe. Freundliche Mitarbeiter in der Rezeption und ein netter Manager im Speisesaal. Zimmer sauber, soweit okay, allerdings ohne funktionierende Klimaanlage. Abschließbarer Tresor. Relativ ruhige Lage, abends im Park Unterhaltunsmusik, die jedoch zeitlich beendet wird. Teppichböden heruntergekommen. Erster Eindruck, vom Parkplatz kommend: in welchem Hotel sind wir da gelandet? Kein Vergleich mit Falkensteiner Hotel Therapia in Cirkvenica! Auf Grund des schönen Wetters haben wir das Mittagessen ausgelassen und sind am Strand geblieben. Es gab zwar ein Lunchpaket, jedoch jeden Tag mit dem gleichen Inhalt. Trotz Nachfrage, sich doch etwas selbst richten zu können wurde weiterhin das gleiche Sandwich eingepackt. In dieser Hinsicht: Servicenote abgewertet! Klimaanlagen scheinen nirgends zu funktionieren, wurde uns von anderen Hotelgästen bestätigt. Lift viel zu klein, daher geht man lieber öfters zu Fuss, was ja der Kondition förderlich ist. |

Die Lage ist sehr gut und recht ruhig. Die Zimmer sind für den Preis OK. Parkplatz steht direkt vor dem Haus zur Verfügung. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist um halb zehn fast leer. Schlecht für Leute die gerne spät frühstücken. Das Personal beschäftigt sich nur mit dem Abräumen der Tische statt auch einmal einen Blick auf das Buffet zu werfen. |

Ungezwungenheit. Essensvielfalt und Qualität. Lage des Hotels. Zimmerservice war sehr gut, z. B. täglicher Handtuchwechsel. Rezeptionsmitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer könnten etwas größer sein. |

Albergo adatto ad una clientela tranquilla, ottima l'insonorizzazione delle camere, ottima disponibilità di quasi tutto lo staff. Alcune cameriere dovrebbero attendere che il cliente abbia finito di mangiare prima di portare via piatti e quant'altro. La spiaggia è piuttosto distante. |
