The staff was amazing! Everyone was nice and helpful. My husband and I both received massages and we were more than pleased with them. The pool was nice and relaxing. The food was outstanding, except for the deserts. The hotel was easy to locate and offered a variety of activities if you wanted to participate. We were within walking distance to the center square which was very nice. There was also a train that would take you and pick you up if you didn't want to walk. Overall, it was a great trip. Absolutely no A/C and only a balcony door to get any type of air into the room. We were able to rent a fan from the front desk which made the nighttime tolerable but it was still hot. The beds were so hard that we actually slept on our pool floaties instead. |

Excellent food, especially evenings. Close to the city but still outside surrounded by green forest and near the beach. Free WiFi in the lobby. Small room, no air conditioned(!), no fridge, no minibar, small tv. Hotel was not painted overall, a lot of places with pure concrete. Very noisy in the evenings till late in the night. No drinks available for free at dinner, only a la carte. Insufficient staff at the restaurant. Everything was rather old and not really invested into it lately... |

Great hotel - really chilled atmosphere. Excellent food - choice and standard. Staff really friendly and obliging. Consider paying the supplement for the seaview - it's was well worth it. Sounds pathetic but a fridge in the room would've been nice - other than that perfect |

Alhoewel we pas rond middernacht aankwamen (vertraging vlucht), en de keuken reeds gesloten was, zorgde de persoon aan de balie voor broodjes en drank. Ook de rest van ons verblijf was het personeel uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Niettegenstaande het retro-uitzicht van het hotel was alles zeer proper en verzorgd. Uitstekend ochtendbuffet. Ook zeer verzorgd avondbuffet! Voor herhaling vatbaar... |

Die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals, die ruhige Lage, das tolle Booking.com-Angebot, vor allem aber das beste Abendbuffet das man sich vorstellen kann (5 Sterne plus!): jeden Tag eine andere Auswahl, liebevoll zubereitet, für jeden zu empfehlen der zunehmen möchte! Leider gibt es keinen Indoor-Pool. |

Al primo posto metto la cucina: varia, di buona qualità,in ambiente pulito con personale attento e cortese.Al secondo posto la piscina, grande pulita e sempre disponibile. Al terzo sauna, bagno turco e tennis.Infine le terrazze delle camere vista mare. Mancanza di aria condizionata e rumori dai dintorni fino a ora tarda senza possibilità di difesa |

Ottima pulizia, bagno comfortevole e nuovo, buona cucina ricca e sempre varia, vicinanza (5 minuti di strada a piedi) al centro della città di parenzo, praticamente quest'anno non abbiamo mai mosso l'auto! Peccato che mancasse l'aria condizionata, ma il mare ci ha regalato notti fresche e serene, la camera era troppo piccola ma eravamo in vacanza...perchè lamentarci?!Sarebbe bello vederlo tirato a nuovo però... |

Wir waren im Zagreb und Pical und wir kommen wieder weil alles zufriedenstellent ist.Wir haben deshalb auch beim letzten Besuch Gäste mitgenommen. Aber siehe unten-------- Wir bekamen im Pical Zimmer 105 und 106.Diese Zimmer mit diesem Preis zu bezahlen ist nicht in Ordnung.Küchengestank und Ventilatorlärm. Meine Gäste waren enttäuscht und ich habe mich geschämt weil ich meinen Freunden vorher nur positives uber Pical und Zagreb berichtet habe. |
