Our newly built apartments, 200 metres from Trogir old town and the beach, have an outdoor pool and jacuzzi and balconies with extraordinary views of the riviera and hills.

We have homely apartments and rooms with air conditioning and wooden or tiled floors to help you stay cool during the summer. Our décor is pleasing to the eye and our furniture is easy on your body after a long day’s exploring.

You can cook fresh, local ingredients for your family in your own kitchenette or make the most of the evening sun by having a barbecue out by the pool. Trogir also offers many traditional restaurants and cosy bars.

Stand on your balcony and look out over the red roofs of Čiovo’s quaint and historic villages, to the hills and sea beyond. After dark, you can witness the romantic lights of the town, the riviera and the boats.

All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Deposit

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Area information

The island of Čiovo and its beautiful villages has an abundance of historic and traditional buildings. Not least, those located in the UNESCO protected old town of Trogir, from which we are only 200 metres. In the heart of Dalmatia, you can marvel at the churches and museums built at various points through our fascinating and sometimes turbulent history.

Close to the apartments, there are sports facilities including tennis, football and basketball courts and a water-fun centre. We are only 7 km from Resnik airport, 25 km from Split and 35 km from the river Cetina where you can go rafting. Krka National Park and Kornati National Park are both 60 km from the apartments.

The owners were wonderful and very helpful and the property was spotless. It is a great location overlooking the town of Trogir with a 5 minute walk to town. We just finished a two week stay in Croatia and this was our favorite hotel/apartment.

Beautiful modern apartments with a wonderful view and lovely people owning them. Nothing was too much trouble.

Trogir is very noisy at night and you had to have the windowms shut at night. There is A/C however.

Fantastic location - takes about 4 minutes to walk to the centre of Trogir from the apartments. We also had a great view of Trogir from our balcony.

It was easy to find, clean, the pool was lovely and our hostess was friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was huge, fresh and absolutely fantastic!

Unfortunately, despite having booked eight months in advance and asking for a lovely view, the vista from our ground floor apartment and terrace was of the car park, not of Trogir. Also, having booked for 4 people (two of them young children) we were surprised to be charged extra for the girls - we thought they were using 'existing bedding' so it was more expensive than we expected.

Location. Trigor is a charming, beautiful place. House Bakica is conveniently close to the town centre. Apartment was well equipped, very tidy and comfortable.

No. It served our purpose very well. We stayed 1 night only in transit at the end of a 2 week holiday to be close to the airport for next day departure. It may not be the best location for a long holiday as there is much noise from aircraft to and from the airport and some nightly noise from traffic, dogs barking etc.

A very spacious, air conditioned apartment ... in a good location overlooking Trogir ...just ten minutes walk to the centre. Apartments owned and managed by a lovely family .. good pool and great value for money.
