good quality vs price, clean room, helpful staff, close to main road, free parking

no air cond, poor english

It is cheap and quiet. The room was little but it had a toilet so I think it's a good deal for the price you pay. It's 8 km far from the Plitvice National park and you can park right on the door.

The staff don't speak English. We didn't have hot water, I want to think they use those tanks that can empty quickly if there are other guests that happened to have had a shower before you. I didn't mind because it was just one night and it was summer but it would be a problem if I stayed longer.

The bathroom is out from the apartment (4 people), it is not clear in the internet info

It's near the main road. Helpfull staff.

Some rooms are pretty small, but for the money you'll give are perfect.

The lovely owner - its a small family run business and they are just lovely. Really friendly even though she doesn't speak any english! Wi-fi is great and really fast. Room was lovely and clean and the bathroom was the nicest we had in croatia. The family appartment is the same price as the smaller rooms and is absolutely beautiful (wish we had known that previosuly!) location is lovely also, great scenery and near to Plitvice.

The location was perfect, very close to Plitvice lakes. The owner was very nice it was good sit on the balcony, we enjoyed our stay and hope we can go back soon.:)

The host staff was so kind. The breakfast was great. It was close and easy to Plitvice Lakes. We really enjoyed our stay at House Ivana.

Everything was great. We did not share a common language which slowed down the communication. But not the service. They really went overboard to accomodate our every need. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Great value for the money.

A metà strada dai laghi e da rastoke, la casa era bella,anche la cucina grande e moderna,colazione niente di che normale,parcheggio gratuito

La casa era a dir poco sporca peccato perchè era bella, il bagno che su booking c era stato dato privato in realtà è il comune con altre camere;la signora ci ha chiesto subito I soldi e solo dopo ci ha detto del bagno,sennò ce ne saremo andati. Non si è comportata assolutamente bene.più volte è entrata in camera senza bussare,meno male che noi chiudevamo a chiave, e perfino in bagno.

Wij werden gastvrij ontvangen. Onze kamers waren simpel maar mooi ingericht en fris en schoon. Een badkamer met een goede douche. Een heerlijk bed. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en heerlijk met kroatische eierkoeken, gebakken ei, verschillende vleeswaren en kaas E.D. We kregen zelfs nog wat mee voor onze terugreis.

Er loopt een doorgaande weg langs het huis en als je gezellig op de veranda zit dan hoor je deze wel.Maar dat is bij alle hotels in deze omgeving. De leidingen door de kamers zijn net aangelegd en zichtbaar (en open in de badkamer), maar dit is waarschijnlijk een tijdelijk iets.

La signora che ci ha ospitati è stata gentilissima e, pur parlando quasi esclusivamente croato, ha fatto di tutto per farci sentire a casa e per proporci dei punti d'interesse. La stanze era piccola ma accogliente. Anche il cane è stato il benvenuto.

Proximité avec le parc national des lacs de Pltivice

Chambre petite, difficile de mettre un sac, route passagère et bruyante, finitions pas faites (il manquait le pommeau de douche et une prise dans la salle de bain), literie à revoir.

Que està molt bé situat per poder anar als llacs de Plivitce i que el personal és molt amable

Bij aankomst vroegen we of er mogelijkheid was om wat vuile was te wassen. Dit werd door de eigenaar kosteloos voor ons gedaan. Perfecte service en zeer vriendelijk. Het is een prima gasthuis voor een tripje naar de plitvice meren! Ontbijt was prima geregeld.

Goedkoop, makkelijk te bereiken en aardige kamer. Wifi deed t goed, vriendelijke eigenaren en handig parkeren. Dichtbij Plitvice

Douche was niet helemaal in orde en het ligt naast een luidruchtige weg

The location is perfect for visiting Plitvice lakes and the owner is very kind.

Voornamelijk de locatie, op een 7tal kilometer van de Plitvice-meren. House Ivana is inderdaad gelegen aan een drukke weg, maar om te slapen hebben wij hier geen last van ondervonden. Ivana zelf is een zeer vriendelijke vrouw, die alles in het werk stelt om haar klanten tevreden te houden. Hartelijke ontvangst, elke dag ander ontbijt met plaatselijke producten en zelf bereid (zeker een aanrader!). Kennis Engels enigszins beperkt, maar vormde nooit een probleem. Aanrader in de buurt om te gaan eten is restaurant Marko.

Kamer niet overdreven luxueus en aan de krappe kant, maar je krijgt hier wel waar voor je geld.

Erg kleine en gehorige kamer. Slechts een klein dakraam, dus behoorlijk benauwd. Prima balkon waar het goed vertoeven is. We konden gebruik maken van de spullen van het appartement (koelkast). Prima hotel voor het lage budget.

De kamer is echt heel klein. De familie spreekt zeer beperkt duits of engels

Das Appartment ist nah bei den Plitwitzer Seen und als Ausgangspunkt für den Besuch gut geeignet.

Zimmer recht klein, Vermieterin spricht nur kroatisch, Verstaendigung etwas schwierig

La ubicación, el trato estupendo. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero muy bien equipadas y muy confortables

Posizionato sulla strada pricipale è comodo da raggiungere. La padrona di casa , seppure non parlava la nostra lingua, si è dimostrata di un'ospitalità e di una simpatia eccezionali.

Il posizionamento sulla strada principale ha come svantaggio il rumore provocato dal passaggio (fortunatamente non sostenuto) dei camion. La mancanza di un'efficace tenda coprente favorisce il passaggio delle prime luci del mattino che infastidiscono chi come me è abituato a dormire nell'oscurità.
