Excelent quality/price balance. Location is very good too, nice place and very near from the Split airport. The room has a lot of space. Very dangerous stairs, I was a rainy day and had a severe fallen due to the wet stairs. Needs to be improved!!!! |

It was right in the middle of the old city, centrally located and very convenient to restaurants and sights. The owner and shop girls were very helpful. There were only 3 rooms in the whole place. It was difficult to find and not very well marked. The girls in the shop below where the contact people, but later the owner came and was very helpful. |

We really loved the city of Trogir, it is a very romantic place and it is a great place to visit foe a few days. The "staff", girls working at the stores under the 8 square meter big room, were very unhelpful. When we came we asked for the beach, they said it is very difficult to go there, then we found out there were boats taking you there 1 minute walk from the "hotel". This is just one thing. This place is not worth the money!! |

Owner was very informative on arrival to having a comfortable stay,excellent room and location and good value for money.Would recommend to this hotel to anyone, only disappointment for me was 2 out of 3 rooms did not have fridge or tea/coffee facilities.The owner had put alot of thought and detail into the quality and design of the rooms when I was able to view all.Was very impressed Could not fault this hotels standards were excellent,clean well presented helpful owner, excellent location to all amenities bus,water taxi,s shop,restaurants all within few steps of door. |

Good location, the center of Trogir. The room was clean and cozy. I fully enjoyed atmosphere of the old town. This accommodation is just a private room, not a hotel. Full service as hotels cannot be expected. Small eur notes for change were note prepared (Thus I had to pay in hrk). The price seems to be a bit higher for a private room, though it may be reasonable for a hotel. |

The hotel wasn't a hotel - it was a room above a shop! It was very clean. The room was tiny.As we wanted to pay by mastercard and the owner only wanted cash, making a trip to see him twice took time from our one night stay in Trogir. The room above the shop is on a very busy throughfare. The very small shower stall leaked+++ |

The room was the smallest of the three in the property and was the only twin (which we had requested). It was charming and well situated on the main street of the old town. A few more clothes hangers and tea/coffee making facilities would have warranted giving a ten for this property |

This is not a hotel, it was a very small room, we were let in by a girl from the shop below it with out any instruction as to the opperation of the ac ect. And was over priced |

Nice room in the center of the old town of Trogir. Excellent service : taxi in the morning was on time. Just for joke, hospitability should have been 200% OK if France had won the match ! |

Thoughtful host who came to escort us when we could not locate House Ivancic and provided us with car park pass. Central location in charming old town. Basic but very adequate accommodation. |

Bulizás, szórakozás szempontjából nagyon jó helyen van. Nagyon tiszta és modern berendezésű. Aki pihenni szeretne annak nem a legmegfelelőbb mert a központban van, a legforgalmasabb utcában. Kár, hogy nem volt más nyelvű tv adó, csak az olasz meg a horvát. |

Das Zimmer liegt inmitten von trogir und war nachts äußerst ruhig gelegen. Wer eine zentrale Unterkunft für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben. Das Zimmer ist nur zum schlafen und duschen geeignet, denn es ist so groß wie man es von einem Haus mit mittelalterlichen grundriß erwarten darf. Um das Haus zu finden empfehle ich den Eingang zur Stadt am Hotel Fontana zunehmen. Das haus liegt zwischen einem deko und souvenieraden. Im Hotel Fontana gibt es auchdas Frühstück. Wir hatten dort das omlett mit Käse und es war sehr lecker und ist daher empfehlenswert.kurz und bündig empfehle ich dieses Zimmer jedem der nur kurz vor Ort ist, denn es ist sehr gepflegt und hat alles was man braucht. Schlüssel gibt's im dekoladen Wer sehr Dick ist oder sehr gebrechlich sollte lieber die 15 engen und steilen Stufen, sowie das kleine aber feine Bad meiden. |

Beliggenheten på leiligheten er fantastisk. Meget sentralt i en utrolig sjarmerende bydel. Eier/utleier var umulig å få kontakt med. Vi måtte betale 990 Euro kontant via en jente som jobbet i butikken vis a vis. Virker useriøst. |

Beliggenheten var midt i blinken. Standarden var svært god, og balkongen dro opp inntrykket betraktelig. Frokost på balkongen var en glitrende start på dagen! |

Je stond meteen in het centrum als je de deur uit stapte. Je kreeg gratis parkeerplaats als je dit voor aankomst had gereserveerd. Eigenaar was aan de telefoon hulpvaardig toen wij de weg niet konden vinden. Kamer was erg klein, maar wel sfeervol. Er was geen sprake van hotelpersoneel. Je had het appartementencomplex waar je met een trap naar boven ging. Hier had je drie kamers. Waarvan de onze een was. Je meost je bij aankomst melden bij een souvenirswinkeltje waar je de sleutel kon ophalen en later weer in kon leveren. |

La maison est charmante, la chambre petite mais propre et agréable; elle est bien située dans la ville. Bien que située au centre, il y a peu de bruit la nuit. Dommage qu'il n'y ait personne pour nous accueillir, il faudrait être plus précis lors de la réservation et nous indiquer où s'adresser. La chambre est petite et ne conviendrait pas pour un séjour de plus de 3 jours. |
