House Janja is a private accommodation, located only 4 km from the entrance to the Plitvice Lakes National Park, on the main road of Seliste Dreznicko. It is easily accessible from the main road D1 and can also be reached by bus, as there is a bus station in front of the property. Janja offers cosy and spacious family rooms with wooden elements and central heating. The rooms have their own bathroom and they offer SAT-TV. There is a big parking place, a children's playground and barbecue facilities. You will also find a market 50 metres from the hotel. You can start your day with a good complimentary continental breakfast which is served in the House Janja. Lunch and dinner can be ordered in an excellent restaurant, which is only 250 metres away and recommended warmly. You should try various cheeses made from cow’s, sheep’s or goat’s milk, some of them cooked in oil. A typical beverage is the home-made brandy Sljivovica, also produced by the hotel owners according to a traditional recipe. There are many walking and resting possibilities in the vicinity and a cycling path. The kidness of the lady owner, location very close to Plitvice Park entrance 1, market and restaurant, also rent a bike nearby . Very clean rooms, excellent breakfast The house is very close to the main road, very noisy , at least for the 2 front rooms facing the road it's very difficult to have a good night sleep since the road is crowded most of the time

Very nice staff, good location near to Plitvice lakes, large rooms with balkonies, near to supermarket and restaurant. Free parking and Internet. Normal breakfast.

House Janja was easy to find, near plitvice lakes. The lady-owner was a was very nice. Good room, clean, comfortable beds. Quiet location with a beautiful garden.

good breakfast; very good restaurant (and acceptable as pricing) in the very next vecinity - no receipt received for the money paid; - very small room for a triple one; - no smille on the owner's face (maybe because we are Romanian :-)) ) - according to the booking terms and conditions, check-in should be made up to 4 p.m.; we arrived later and meantime, they phoned us to confirm our arrival even if the booking was guaranteed by a credit card; - even if we booked a triple room (for 3 adults and a 5-years old boy, especially mentioned on the booking request), the old lady was very surprised/ confused when we gave her 4 passports (including the child's passport);

The breakfast was very big and wonderful, beds are fine and the position is not ti bad. The hotel has some rooms without bathroom inside so you must open the door and go to the bathroom outside bedroom. This is the only negative aspect. The problem is that this is not specified and you cannot choose the room that you want, maybe the one with the bath inside!

It was easy to find. The owner was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was fantastic. The bathroom was quite small, but the place is ideal for a short stay.

We got dropped at 2am 7Km from the Hotel. The owner was kind enough to get out of bed and pick us up. Personally I think this is beyond expected hospitality. The stay continued well and it was easy to get to and from the park entrance. There wasn't anything I didn't like about House Janja.

The owners are very friendly and the garden is most pleasant. It is very easy to find. The room was not cleaned during our stay. Even though it was just for 2 days, it would be nice to find the room arranged when coming back from the visit to the lakes.

Very simple, but extremely clean accommodation. They are loft rooms at the top of a private residence, but have a separate entrance which feels more like a hotel. The female owner and her daughter both speak very good English and are extremely friendly and welcoming. The inclusive breakfast was very tasty, and we were greeted with a complimentary plate of Croatian pastries on our second day. Super close to the Gate 2 Plitvice Lakes entry. Overall, a great stay.

łatwy dojazd, przy głównej drodze, zakwaterowanie szybkie i łatwe, miły gospodarz, miejsce na parking, syte, dobre śniadanie, ładna okolica, blisko do restauracji, duży pokój, wygodne łóżko wnętrze trochę rozczarowuje w stosunku do tego jak domek wygląda z zewnątrz, bliskość ruchliwej ulicy i hałasy innych gości

A tisztasággal nagyon meg voltunk elégedve. A tulajdonos kedves és segítőkész volt. A megadott gps koordináta teljesen más helyre vezetett mint ahol a ház valójában volt. Zavaró volt,hogy négy szobához egy darab wc és zuhanyzó tartozott.

Leuke ligging vlak bij meren. Iets goedkoper dan een "echt" hotel. Goede bedden, perfect geslapen. Geen handdoeken op kamer. Geen hotel faciliteiten, 's avonds is er geen receptie, geen bar of wat dan ook. Is dus eigenlijk een B&B. Ontbijt goed en voldoende.

Bardzo blisko do Jęzior Plitwickich- 10min , 100m sklep, 200m restauracja (drogo!!), Hotel zaraz przy drodze, śniadanie kontynentalne -podstawowe bułki drzem jajko wędlina ser- za tą cene nie ma co dopłacać, obsługa bardzo miła, z właścicielką można się dogadac bez problemów po polsku

Struttura accogliente, in ottima posizione per la visita del parco dei Laghi di Plitvice. Molto comoda la posizione anche per la presenza di un ristorante buono ed economico a poche centinaia di metri dalla struttura. Ambiente rilassante, ottima colazione.

Waren zur Besichtigung der Seen dort. Würde nicht mehr vorbuchen, da sehr große Auswahl an wirklich günstigen Zimmern vor Ort besteht. Ansonsten gutes Haus und freundliche Vermieter.

De mensen zijn erg aardig, het plekje op zich is leuk, het is schoon. We hebben er 2 nachten geslapen, het eerste ontbijt was erg zuinig/slecht, het tweede ontbijt was erg goed, dit verschil hebben we niet begrepen, het leek wel of de eerste dag alles op was of zo. Wij hadden de familie kamer, dit waren twee apparte kamers, deze waren sober maar ok. alleen het bed kraakte enorm. De douche en toilet waren op de gang, dit was niet handig, en ook was deze ruimte muf en klein.De familie kamer zit voor aan het huis aan een hele drukke weg. De kerktoren slaat ieder uur, maar om 6 uur wel een aantal minuten voor de dienst van dan.
