It was very nice and comfortable. Especially, I would like to notice kind and helpful housekeeping lady and the hostess. Very convenient destination of the place. Near beautiful beaches cava and lapad, splendid restaurant yacht club orsan, too. 15 minutes drive to the old city by bus. Everything was fine

Nice breakfast home cooked and at the time we requested. Comfortable bed and clean room. Very quiet location relatively close to the old town (bus ride) and close to Gruz Harbour. The woman who met us at the hotel and made us breakfast could not speak any English so this was a little difficult. We both tried as much as we could and she then put someone else on the phone who could speak English to explain.

The owner, his family and staff could not have done more to make us feel welcome and were available to help with any questions. They even took us in their own car to catch the ferry at 07:30 on a Sunday morning! The location is perfect both for visiting the old town, taking boat trips and visiting local beaches. Although in a quiet area, there are restaurants, bars and shops in easy walking distance. Ours was a last minute booking so I assume we got the worst rooms.The studio apartment we had was reasonably comfortable and perfectly clean, but the bedroom window opened directly onto the street, which was a bit noisy at times with passing traffic. A bit of double glazing would probably fix it. The breakfast was only adequate considering the rate per night: 85€.

Our host Dubravka and Toni was very hospitable and made our stay as comfortable as possible. Toni picked us from the airport, and gave us tips of where to go / timing to sightsee in Dubrovnik. Breakfast was simple and well done. Dubravka arranged an early ride to take us to the ferry terminal when we were heading over to Korcula. I would stay at Apartments Lenni again.

The apartment was cozy, with a nice outdoor area. It had everything you needed. The apartment was small, and was sharing the outdoor are with another apartment. You would have everything you needed, but not in the way you would want it in an apartment. And the Internet was available only in the main dining room of the House Lodging Apartments, during breakfast.

The staff is very helpfull. There is free wifi in the rooms, and the view from the terrace is very nice. There is no privat parking. You have to park on the street and it cost 5 kuna per hour, 24 hours a day!

Price The owner was very nice and polite but the lady who works there did not speak one single word in English and when I asked to use the bathroom after my check out she complained and started making faces to me. We went out for dinner and when got back the key did not work and we had to stay one hour for someone to open the door.

Good breakfast, good price-quality ratio, very good hotel staff. 10 minutes walk to the beach Copacabana. This room is not according to the offer. Is far more from the Old Town.

опоздали на регистрацию на 4 часа - никаких проблем, нет проблем с парковкой + она бесплатная, бесплатный wi-fi, красивый вид из окон на порт дубровника, тёплое одеяло. маленькие номера, особенно туалет; старый скрипящий незакрывающийся шифонер; далеко от старого города; скудные завтраки; банковскими картами оплата не возможна.

het enige positieve aan deze plek was dat er pal tegenover een voortreffelijk restaurant zat veel te duur voor wat het was, slechte bedden, niet schoon , lampen die het niet doen: niet leuk om met meer mensen aan een familietafel te moeten ontbijten

Non mi è piaciuto praticamente nulla. Con 90 € a notte a Dubrovnik si trova molto di meglio. Eliminatelo dalla lista. Alcuni appartamente sono a piano terra (rumorosi e pieni di smog). La colazione offerta è davvero scadente (succo di frutta allungato con l'acqua, latte uht, marmellate di un solo gusto-misto- e di infima qualità). Il bagno si è allagato più volte e nonostante le nostre segnalazioni nessuno è mai intervenuto. Gli armadi delle stanze non erano utilizzabili perchè da essi fuoriusciva cattivo odore. Il personale parla solo in croato.

Bardzo pomocny, uczynny i sympatyczny personel i właścicielka. Lokalizacja wśród starych domów na półwyspie Babin Kuk. Niedaleko do sklepu, restauracji/barów i przystanku autobusowego linii nr 6.

Petit balcon attenant à la chambre. Internet laissé à disposition sans paiement alors que payant, selon les prestations annoncées. Salle à manger et cuisine laissées à diposition. Prestations très insuffisantes par rapport au prix. Chambre et SdB ridiculement petites. Pas de tables ni de chaises. Une seule table de nuit. Rares meubles vieillots et pas en bon état. Problèmes de parking, de clés (résolus par le prestataire). Petit déjeuner pas du tout continental et même franchement insuffisant : pas de jus de fruit, pas de fruits ni de yaourts et café franchement inbuvable.

Die Ansprechperson sprach weder Englisch noch Deutsch.Aber trotzdem freundlich. Unser Appartment war im hinteren Teil vom Haus im Parterre , sehr finster, Im Hausflur ,im Durchgang kein Licht.
