the peace and quiet away from the intense busyness of dubrovnik old town and it's reality an a real local area rather than the beautidul but falseness of the city itself. thought it was very good but a bit expensive for its type |

The apartment was spacious and well kept. It was grat to be able to come and go as you pleased, with a good breakfast available between 8am - 10am. |

Very spatious rooms, location is near buslines and good restaurants and beaches It was not clear that the hotel was 5km out of the old city - this was a bonus and a problem. Also, the neighbours to this very homely apartment are complete trash, small parties at 3am, screeching cars. |

Not a true hoteL: as in many places in Croatia, this is lodging at individual's place. Comforatble room, air conditioned, which is not mentioned on description. Willingness to serve well and please customers. |

Reservations are available online. The hotel was basically a "sobe" that you find in Dubrovnik and not a hotel. There wasn't private bath and the price was about double what a normal sobe is. Additionally, the hotel is very far from the old town, though closer to the better beaches. It is a 20 minute bus ride to the old town. |

he room we stayed was completely disappointing. Very different from the picture and explanation. Bathroom was outside the room, and no privacy. There was no view from the window, very noisy outside. |

Within a ten minute walk of a seaside area and also just across the road from the Yact Club, which is a good place for a late night coffee etc. Very helpful and friendly lady in charge of the premises and helpful withlocal information and transfers to and from the airport |

It was not a hotel, but a private house that rented rooms. It was far from the old city and we had difficulties to find it.Our tiny room was on the third floor, and the house had no lift!.The bathroom was outside the room, in a corridor that connected the stairs to the livingroom where we and the other guests had breakfast. |

The service and warm welcome was excellent. The rooms were all nice and clean and the bathroom was very nice and comfortable. Only positive things to mention. Even the location was great. The appartment was close the busstation and only a 20 min walk from the old centre of Dubrovnik. |

The lady drove us into town and showed us the bus stop etc. she was extremely friendly and it was a great way to start our holiday. Our choice was based on $$ however the location was not close to town.15 minute bus ride away. |

Visiting the city The Hotel was great, but if you stay there, don't go to the restaurant situated in front of the hotel. Terrible food, bad price!!! |

The owner was very gracious and helpful. She made a special effort to make our stay there comfortable. The breakfast was a little sparce. Bread, cheese, meats, tea and coffee does not get you off to a strong start of site seeing and traveling around. It could be improved. |
