The rooms are nice and the place is clean and cosy. We have enjoyed the place and Tony has been waiting for us even as we arrived very late. The place is very quiet and you can relax without problems.

The hot water for shower doesn't last for 2 people and the warm bedware is limited

Absolutely negative. The sfaff does not speak English. The room was tiny, dark and stuffy. No light at the entrance. When I was complaining that the room does not look like on the internet, the owner told me on the phone that they gave us that room because I had the preference to have separate bathroom. Is that really a big expectation for 80 euros??? The breakfast was not sufficient, etc., etc.

Everething went wrong, from arranging the exrra bed for children, to changing the rooms with other family that arrived same day. One of the rooms was sub-sub standard, without windows outside and with a heavy smell of old and humid.Light didn't function well.

The owner was very kind. The laundry machine and kitchen was available. The size of the room was enough. The accomodation was an apartment, not a hotel. The restaurant next to the apartment was excellent. The view and the taste were unforgettable. I used 3 times.

The apartment is not convenient for people who often go to the old city. But, I will use the apartment again in the future because of the view around the apartment and the above mentioned restaurant which serves tasty sea food.

Nice large apartment felt like being in someones home, ham cheese bread tea coffee breakfast delivered to room each morning, friendly staff.

Only take cash payment,25/30 min walk to old town but it a nice walk with great views on the way, lot of buses either way.

the peace and quiet away from the intense busyness of dubrovnik old town and it's reality an a real local area rather than the beautidul but falseness of the city itself.

Nessun personale presente in loco che parlasse almeno inglese. Colazione inesistente. Camera e bagno assolutamente basici, prezzo fuori mercato in rapporto ad altre strutture in loco. Posizione assolutamente decentrata rispetto a tutto e non servita adeguatamente da mezzi

Nous avons apprécié le restaurant du port"l'Orsan" face à l'hôtel. Bonne gastronomie et très romantique.

Nous avons trouvé le prix de la nuit cher par rapport au confort et aux services rendus et à la distance qui nous séparait d'une part de la plage et de la vielle ville. Nous avons eu l'occasion de profiter de chambre ou apartement d'une classe supérieure et pour un tarif moitier prix (45€ à 65€) et situé dans la vielle ville et au bord des plages

En fait, la propriétaire nous a indiqué qu'elle avait des problèmes pour nous donner la chambre réservée. Dans un premier temps, elle nous a logé chez des amis à elle (appartement totalement quelconque et hors de prix). Ensuite, elle nous a proposé de nous loger dans une maison en construction... Totalement non fiable

Wir wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen, hatten aufgrund der 2 Zimmer, die wir mit den Kindern gebucht hatten, den ganzen Bereich unter dem Dach einschließlich Terrasse, Küche und Bad für uns alleine. Das Frühstück wurde uns oben in der Küche serviert. Es war also mehr eine Ferienwohnung, als nur 2 Zimmer. Die Terrasse hat einen super Blick über den neuen Hafen. Den Whirlpool im Bad haben unsere Kinder abends gerne genossen.

Zum Frühstück wäre Kaffee sehr schön. 2x gab es Tee, einmal Muckefuck. Ansonsten war es nicht üppig, aber ausreichend.

disponibilità e accoglienza del personale e della proprietà, camere pulitissime solo un po piccole ma puo andare benissimo per una coppia. Ubicazione perfetta per raggiungere la città vecchia, nei pressi si trovano ristoranti di ogni categoria...e shopping a volonta.

l'unico neo è la distanza dal mare (20 minuti a piedi per raggiungere la spiaggia piu vicina) ma vale la pena!!!
