House Nina  

Nice little apartment in a beautiful house, close to entrance no.2 Of Plitvice National Park. The location is amazing, quite, in a hilly context with great view. The householder is very helpful and friendly, there is spot for the car, the apartment is small and cozy with a working kitchen.

Unfortunately, they don't serve breakfast at this time of the year.

Nice relaxing location, which made a great base for exploring the Plitvice Lakes. Only 10min Drive to entrance number 1 (entrance no 2 is shut this time of year). Also it's worth the 5 min drive down to Waterfall lookout which Nina recommend to do.

A really great hostess, Nice place, very beautiful and located really well (if a bit difficult to find). Nina was very very helpful! highly recommended!

The cleaness, the price of the room, you can find the essential things, I liked also the landscape from the house. A fantastic breakfast ( for 5 Euros) we ate in the morning !

Friendly and informative welcome.

No facilities for making a cup of tea or coffee. Almost impossible to find.

Nina was very helpful and friendly. The accommodation has wonderful; in the countryside. It was very quiet and quaint. Plitvice National Park is spectacular. House Nina was a very short drive to the entrance. Breakfast was good.

Appreciated the welcome given by Nina, plus all the useful information she provided. The studio I rented was nicely furnished and very very quiet. I will definitely go back.

Difficult to find the place.

Nina is a really nice girl, she and her dad help us a lot, went to pick us at one of the entrances of the plitvice park because we got lost. Gave all the information about bus and the park so that we can visit the most we can within the short period of time available. Thanks a lot to booth of them.

What's not to like ? The owner is very friendly & helpful. She makes a huge, delicious breakfast if you want (optional). The price for breakfast is about 5 euro/person and for that you get, well, to much to eat ! Let's say it's almost a buffet, but personally for you ! Highly recommended ! The location might be tricky to find if you're travelling old-school (that is, without GPS), but in return you get a room or apartment in the hills away from all traffic, surrounded by apple trees, plum trees, pears etc... The location is also very close to the plitvice lakes national park.

There's really nothing to dislike.

Whole location, house and the garden in the midst of mountains and woods is superb. The house is absolutely clean and comfy. You can see they really take renting seriouslly and yet they are so nice! If you can plan to stay a bit in the morning, the scenery deserves it. And you MUST take option with breakfast, definitely beats the tourist packed places alongside the road. :)

Very very nice place in the mountines, house both inside and outside looks like just renewed, big room with kitchen. Very polite and helfull personnel.

La tranquilité

We loved the location. The rolling hills and greenery of the countryside was amazing. Nina was very helpful, sweet and very genuine.

House Nina is a charming bed & breakfast, ideally located for visiting the Plitvica National Park. The room was compact and nicely furnished, the service offered was most welcoming and friendly. And the breakfast, just amazing!

House Nina is one of those unforgettable stays! A real gem and very near to Plitvice Lakes..equally unforgettable! Nina really knows how to treat guests as if they were family members, and her English is terrific! Got to know the entire family, even the dog, Binga! Nina enjoys telling guests all the great things to see and do at Plitvice. Very informative and helpful! Use the #3 entrance, near House Nina, for a unique perspective of Plitvice! Free parking! Her chickens lay the best eggs ever so breakfast is wonderful! We had the room with the kitchenette! Go for it! Plus, they were almost finished with the new barbeque area! Best value in Croatia!

The room is very neat and comfortable.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Room owner is very polite and friendly.

It was a good sized modern studio with a kitchen and eating area separate from the bed. It was fairly well-equiped. A good bathroom and shower. Set away from the village, down a track, (the co-ordinates in the sat-nav didn't find the track) it is in pretty gardens and they have a very friendly dog called Binga. It is idealy situated only 5 minutes drive from the Lakes entrance and the owner gave us good instructions about where to walk in the evening to see the lakes from above.

Sloping ceilings are ok for a couple of nights but wouldn't like them for any longer. There was no balcony, just a terrace with one table and 2 chairs for all the studios.

We had an amazing night stay with Nina. She is very friendly, organised and helpful. She also speaks great English. Rooms were cosy, clean, excellent accommodation. The street address didn't come up on our gps but just use the postcode as that worked and there are signs when you get close. Nima recommended a fantastic restaurant also.

House Nina is a lovely little place. The rooms are very basic but clean and comfortable. The place was a little remote and difficult to find, but once we looked at the map on the entrance to the village the location was obvious, and once we got the right road we wondered how we could have missed the sign. The staff were excellent, friendly, and very informative giving us a few little hints on where to go the next day. Given the value for money, we would stay again.

The only complaint we have was that the bathroom was so small you have to straddle the toilet to stand at the sink. Re-positioning the loo slightly could resolve that problem though. And the shower basin did leak flooding the bathroom just a little, but hopefully they'll have fixed that before the guests arrive. But these were only minor things and wouldn't stop us staying again.
