great value, location to Plitvice, breakfast, service.. would definiltey recommend!

Great value for money.

The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was delicious with eggs, cereal, breads, yogurt and a variety of jams as well as coffee and juice. It is only a 10 min drive to either the Barac caves or Plitvice Lakes park. We plan on returning when the weather is a little warmer.

Great breakfast and personal attention from the owners.

The owner of the home was extremely friendly. She had a wonderful breakfast ready for us at whatever time we wanted. The destination to plitvice lakes area was perfect, only 7 min away. It was very clean and comfortable.

would have liked a hot water maker for coffee/tea in the room.

Great place to stay. Hosts were the best. Rooms large and well appointed. A pleasure to be in the rooms. Every courtesy was extended to us by the owners. I would recommend anyone from singles to families to stay at this house. Excellent.

Everything great.

We arrived to our destination and were greeted by Tina in the most gracious manner. The place, as well as her and her staff, are first class! We had wonderful times on the deck and looked forward to our breakfasts. They even supply laundry service for a very reasonable amount, I loved that! I would recommend this stay at Rakovica. They were helpful in directions to the Plitvice Lake National Park.

The newness

The location was great, not far from Plitvice National Park and close to a very good restaurant recommended by House Tina. The rooms were a nice size, clean, comfortable, and had a nice deck. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and gave us a very good breakfast in the morning. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Owners very friendly. Clean and well equipped. Well positioned for visiting Plitvice Lakes if you have a car.

Wifi did not work much of the time.

Very convenient for visiting Plitvice Lakes but limited choice for an evening meal without using the car. A friendly welcome but hostess did not point out all the facilities available to visitors. We passed a lovely seating area as we went to breakfast. Breakfast was good.

the owners were great and made our stay A pleasant one. the breakfast area was like A fancy restaurant and the food was good. it was very convenient to plitvice lake park and that is why we booked it. they also had washers and dryers which were needed on our 22 day trip.

Great location, incerdibly clean. Substantial breakfast and very reasonable cost. You will enjoy your stay.

Just as pictured on website, and rooms were comfortable. Price is great and just a few miles north of Plitvice Lakes. Would recommend for 1-2 night stay.

A little difficult to find, best if you have a secondary map to locate the road when you turn off the highway, or more written language in the booking with turn by turn instructions? Check-in done in their living room/dining area, perhaps should be a little more removed from their personal living area. We were a noisy group, family and friends meeting after several years, so if you want to be outside on a hot summer evening, this may not be the best place for you as they request "quiet time" about 11PM. Understand some of their rooms do not have A/C so windows are open, but perhaps an area in their yard further away from the rooms for social gatherings?

Nice hosts and wonderful breakfast. It's good situated to visit Plitvice Lakes. The rooms are confortable and clean! If I'd returned to visit the park in winter (it can be great), I'll be sure to return this house.

Nothing for the hotel, but there aren't many restaurants and other options in the towns around Plitvice Lakes.
