Hotel Hvar is situated on the island of Hvar in the small picturesque town of Jelsa on a wooded hill, sloping to the shoreline, with large lavender and rosemary fields in the vicinity. The property has a beautiful olive garden, a renovated indoor swimming pool and a small outdoor swimming pool with a lovely sun terrace. The center of Jelsa is only a short walk away. Close to the hotel are 2 beach areas, one of which is suitable for children. Hotel Hvar offers a wide range of sporting facilities including tennis courts, bike rental and a fitness room. Most of the rooms have a balcony or terrace, offering a marvelous view of the Adriatic Sea, the island of Brac and the Makarska Riviera on the mainland. The location of the hotel, next to a beautiful beach.The barman is fun and makes excellent coctails. No aircondition in the hotel room. The food in hotel was a little greasy.

Čistoća sobe, svih hotelskih prostora i okružja hotela je na visokom nivou. Sadržaji hotela omogućavaju dobru zabavu kako za odrasle tako i za djecu. Izvrstan položaj i prostrano pripadajuće okružje hotela sa puno pažljivo uređenog primorskog rastinja, neodoljivog mirisa, daju posebnu čar hotelu Hvar.

Grand nombre de chambres, donc plus anonyme,mais excellent accueil, personnel prévenant, (d'un autre côté, nous n'y avons séjourné qu'une nuit), et bien situé pour reprendre le bac le lendemain. Un bémol : pas de climatisation, et au mois d'aoùt, c'est un peu regrettable : présence toutefois d'un ventilateur.

Nette Anlage mit vielen Möglichkeiten rundherum. Kleines TV-Gerät abe deutsche Sender. Sauberes Bad. Das Hotel war sicher vor 10 Jahren traumhaft schön, sollte aber mal wieder renoviert werden, einiges worde schon getan, leider aber nur oberflächlich. Kein kostenloses Internet im Hotel ist sehr schade. Keine Klimaanalge.

Un complejo hotelero, cómodo, limpio y con muchos servicios a pocos metros del bonito pueblo de Jelsa y de una magnífica playa de aguas cristalinas. Se puede ir andando a playa y pueblo sin coger el coche. Tranquilidad y ambiente familiar.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, vicino al mare e a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Colazione abbondante. Le strutture sono un pò vecchie e richiederebbero un rinnovo.

Situación cerca de 2 playas: una de arena y otra de guijarros con terrazas sombreadas más tranquila. Ojo!! hay que salir por distintas entrdadas del hotel ya que entre ambas hay un gran espigón que no te permite ver las 2 playas a la vez. Es imperdonable que las habitaciones no tengan aire acondicionado con las altas temperaturas que en verano hay en la zona. El hotel esta algo viejo y es cutre. El personal no te informa bién ni preguntando. piscina anticuada y de agua salada.

Bonne situation géographique. Belle vue de la terrasse. Très bof dans l'ensemble - hotel impersonnel et sans charme, personnel et équipements restés dans le jus du temps communiste! Absence de clim et nuits à plus de 35°!!!

Breakfast was ok. Even the coffee was good Indoor pool was mentioned in the hotel description, but it was not working. All the interior design was awful in the room, restaurant and all the hotel. Seems like nothing has been changed since the soviet times. So the prices should be much lower.

L'hotel est très bien situé, une ballade le long de la plage permet d'acceder au centre de Jelsa. Les chambres sont assez calmes et pas trop chaudes au mois d'aout, la literie est bonne. L'hotel est un peu viellissant, la piscine n'est pas très grande et le petit déjeuner est tres moyen.

Sehr schöne Lage mit Blick auf das Meer. Zimmer mit Meerblick buchen Hotel für Pauschalreisende (viele Deutsche) mit dem üblichen Gedränge beim Essen. Schlechte Sprachkenntnisse (deutsch oder englisch) der jungen Empfangsdame, deren Aussehen umgekehrt proportional zu ihren Hotelfachkenntnissen war. Hotel für Individualreisende kaum geeignet.
