J, ais beaucoup aimé cet hotel, de part son accueil, de la gentillesse du personnel, et de sa modestie, si un jour je devais retourner a zagreb, et bien ce serait l,HOTEL I que je choisirais AMMICALEMENT ANDREE AMADEI

Hotel bien sité à l'écart du centre ville mais avec une ligne de bus direct juste à coté.Chambres spacieuses, propres.

The hotel was warm with friendly staff and reasonable facilities

It was the night of a major concert at the Arena and before 11pm all bar facilities and room service were closed down. The hot water takes 10 minutes of running to get warm, this is ecologically bad and must cost the hotel a lot in water rates to run.

Very convenient location, near Arena stadion. Nice staff.

Heating was not working. We were told that they will send somebody to fix it, however, when we came back to the room, it was still cold (although radiators were turned on maximum). Beside, the water pressure in the shower was very bad. I was freezing.

This is the fourth time I stayed in this hotel. It is close to hi-way and located in a quiet area. The rooms are spacious and clean, all services are friendly and professional. Rooms have balconies. If you are visiting this hotel during the spring-summer-fall you can have breakfeast al' fresco at the dining terrace. Parking is free. I look forward to staying in this hotel on my next trip to Zagreb. Vesna

The staff employee were very nice so kind and also of a great help to the guests. I wish all them success in their carrier.

The area was so quiet a calm place to rest. The breakfast was so good. The staff employee were working so hqrd and very busy everytime I wish them success in their carrier.

Hotel was clean, staff very helpful, and it was five minutes walk from the Arena and the shopping centre.

We arrived late in the evening and was greeted by a woman who has no place in the hospitality business at all. After check-in, I immediately noticed that there was no AC in the room. I went back to the reception to inquire. The lady accused me of not being able to find the AC in the room. She only changed the room after being told by the handyman on duty that there is in fact no AC in the room. This after he having checked the room to make sure. Sure enough, there is no AC on ANY room on that floor. Second room, minibar was locked because it is not "meant to be used". When it was finally opened to store some perishables overnight, we found it did not contain what was listed on the mini bar sheet. This is a bad hotel. We only stayed there because our rental car would be delivered there in the morning. You can do much better anywhere else.

good breakfast, nice receptionists, big and free parking, big and clean rooms. Good for attending Zagreb Arena
