The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. The restaurant was good and the waiter very nice and friendly. They should update their information on Booking.com because they now have Wi-Fi in all rooms on the first three floors and not just in the business center. That was a pleasant surprise as we needed internet access frequently.

The breakfast could be a bit better. Also, our room seemed much smaller than what is shown on the hotel site, but it was ok for a short stay. The hotel overall really needs some serious updating, especially the entrance since that is your first impression of the hotel. It is much nicer once you are inside.

I loved the breakfast and friendly staff. Everytime I come to Zagreb I stay at Hotel I. Very easy to locate and their is the Arena Mall that is near the hotel.

It was the night of a major concert at the Arena and before 11pm all bar facilities and room service were closed down. The hot water takes 10 minutes of running to get warm, this is ecologically bad and must cost the hotel a lot in water rates to run.

The hotel was easy to find approaching the city from the west, since it is located near a major landmark, the Arena and it is just off a main entrance road to the Zagreb. There is bus service from very close to the hotel to the train station downtown, near the sights in the center of the city. There was free internet access and free parking.

The price was a bit high, given the location and the quality.

Staff had really tough time with me as I was forgetting my key several times, and they were so perfect friendly and helpful! The same with helping me booking taxi. Pleased with free internet 24/7, very nice breakfasts.

Dichtbij Sport Arena Zagreb met nabije busverbinding naar centrum (bus 234). Budgethotel met erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Kamers waren proper met nodige voorzieningen en goed verwarmd. Dagelijkse reiniging. Ontbijt was buffet : basic doch voldoende. Inter- netruimte in lobby (gratis). Maaltijden goedkoop maar povere kwali- teit. Ligging : buiten centrum maar in buurt van Shopping Mall.

Goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding. Geen echt negatieve zaken te ver- melden.
