A proximidade do mar. É também um bom ponto para conhecer os atractivos da zona. A substituição da carpete (alcatifa) por outra nova, ou por outro material mais higiénico. |

Sea view. The food in the restaurant is perfect. Staff is kind. Furniture of the hotel is very old. Very noisy because highway which passes behind the hotel. The breakfast is uniform. |

Location, breakfasts on the terrace, friendly staff. Would recommend but to stay in room overlooking the sea. Very small twin room, road at back quite noisy. |

It was exactly as it was. Staff were friendly, the balcony room was basic but great views and good air con. Bathroom was newly refurbished and lovely and clean It would have been nice to have had a fridge in the room or some tea making facilities, it was an extension of their restaurant and if you were in a back room it was noisy from the main road. However, all in all, excellent value and just what we wanted for our first week of our holiday. I would not have wanted to only stay there for 2 weeks. |

Exellent location direct at the sea in a magnificent bay. Parking area of Hotel was full with "other" cars. Only alternative was to buy tickets on other parking places in village. |

Restaurant meal in the evening was very good Rooms badly in need of renovation and at the very minimum, a thorough clean before a new guest arrives. I was disappointed just how much dust was on the furniture. A shabby appearance inside the hotel. |

pretty location on a beach with beautiful clear waters for swimming and eating on shaded terrace overlooking the sea. the unfriendlinesss of most of the hotel staff(the receptionist in particular and some of the waiters).Just one exemple was their reluctance and couldn't care less attitude about getting us a taxi to Opatija bus station on the day of departure. |

The hotel is conveniently located in between Lovran and Opatija. It is a lovely walk to either town along the water. The rooms are located above a popular pub which closes abround 2am. We know this as every morning we awoke to the sounds of people yelling and screaming after the pub had closed. Overall the hotel was nice, the rooms were huge and the bathroom very modern. However, we would not stay here again, we think it is overpriced but then again alot of accommodation in Northern Croatia is! |

In erster Linie die Lage, das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den kleinen Hafen; die Balkons mit denen man schon fast über dem Meerufer sitzt :-) , einfach herrlich. Die Duschhalterung war defekt, die Klobrille rutschte Abenteuerlich :-) Die Klapplädenhalterungen waren teilw. ausgebrochen. (Sonnenschutz an Balkontür). Allen voran ist die Parksituation äußerst besch....ränkt. Zweiparkplätze um das Hotel, ein guter (leider auch als Hotelgast kostenpflichtig!, ein kostenloser als Schotterparkplatz mit viel Verkehr auf engstem Raum :-( (inkl. Beule/Lackschaden!!) |

Su posición, teníamos tres habitaciones y una daba directamente al mar. El desayuno en la terraza frente al mar. Muy bonito.Desayuno muy bueno. Era una estancia de paso. Llegamos tarde y el recepcionista se olvidó de darnos los mandos del aire acondicionado. Lástima habitaciones antiguas. |

abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che l'hotel si trova direttamente sul mare, che le camere sono dotate di condizionatore d'aria e di televisione, che la colazione era buona e che lo staff era molto disponibile. |

La buona posizione, le stanze sul mare sono molto più belle e spaziose Le camera senza balcone (assai piccole) vanno tutte sulla strada statale molto rumorosa anche la notte. La moquette (doppia) assai malodorante non è adatta per un posto di mare. |
