You have your own private beach (which is very close to the frequent road), own car parking over the road Worst breakfast we have ever had, just a regular toast bread with small package of jam, honey, nutella per person. If you want anything else, you have to CHOOSE between eggs, salami (not a nice ham) and cheese. If you want ham and eggs with cheese, they tell you that you have to choose! Sick.. beware of rooms not on a sea side, they are very small and have a busy road under them so you can't open a window. Price/quality comparison is simply terrible..

We found the hotel to be fine, a little dated bur pleasantly quirky especially the breakfast waiter in black suit and bow-tie, it's location in Ika beachside between Opatje and Lovan is ideal, next to a bus stop and car park. Although the hotel does have private parking just across the road. The rooms were spacious and had lovely balconies overlooking the little fishing port. We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning. The only downside about Ika is the lack of eating places, you can eat in the Hotel and in a small fish snack/cafe plus there is a fast food place, but there are 2 very nice bars where you can sit and watch the world go by.

Lovely View from our balcony. Beautiful setting on the beach. Reasonable restaurant. No lift - lugging heavy suitcases up 3 flights could be a problem if you don't have a strong man to help you, but the staff is willing to assist.

Schöner Blick auf das Meer vom Balkon und der Restaurantterrasse. Ausgezeichnete Küche. Gerstenkaffee mag gesund sein , hat im Geschmack jedoch Nachkriegsniveau !

Das Haus hat Flair, die Betreuung ist exzellent, die Lage direkt am Kiessstrand ist optimal, trotz der Lage an der Küstenstraße gibt es in den Zimmern mit Meerblick keine Lärmbelästigung.

Een aangename hotel op een mooie ligging aan het strand vlak langs de promenade naar Opatija - Rijeka. De kamers waren in orde en het tweepersoonsbed voldeed helemaal aan onze eisen. Ondanks het feit dat onze kamer zich aan de straatkant bevond, hebben we 's nachts absoluut geen last gehad van passerende auto's of luide muziek. De airco deed zijn werk voortreffelijk tijdens de hittegolf. De bediening was vriendelijk en vooral de gratis parking voor hotelgasten was een groot pluspunt.

il posto e molto bello e tranquilo con la posibilita di andare a piedi sul lungo mare sia a lovran (15 min) sia a icici (15 min) . La colazione molto buona e abundante.Le stanze con vedere verso il mare hanno un panorama da sogno. il personale molto gentile sopra tutto la Barbara che la saluto anche.D'avanti hotel ce un supermercato,il parcheggio del albergo a due passi,internet gratuito e la cosa piu importante la aria condizionata che andava benissimo.in poche parole mi sono sentito molto bene insieme con la mia famiglia . le stanze con vedere verso la strada sono troppo piccole e senza balcone .

Vacanza meravigliosa, relax garantito! Albergo pulito, staff gentile e disponibile. Camera N.14 al 3° piano vista mare, senza ascensore ma la vista ripaga il "sacrificio". Aria condizionata, frigo, bagno grande! Ristorante ottimo. Spiaggia libera con ciotoli. L'albergo è situato in un borgo di pescatori molto piccolo ma tutto è a portata di mano: supermarket, bancomat, pub, gelateria, parcheggio (gratis!!). La costa è collegata da un lungomare di 12 km che permette di raggiungere I paesi vicini con una piacevolissima passegiata sul mare. Abbiamo soggiornato 10 gg e siamo contentissimi e soddisfatti pienamente della scelta. Colazione sufficiente, no buffet. Pane, burro, marmellata. Uova o prosciutto e formaggio. Succo d'arancia. Caffè d'orzo (blahhhhh)!!! A pagamento espresso/americano.

Prijs/kwaliteit : veel te duur in verhouding met wat je krijgt. Ontbijt laat veel te wensen over : geen vers brood en keuze uit een eitje, konfituur, choco en paté...

Wij hadden twee kamers geboekt aan de straatkant. De straat was drukker dan verwacht, hoewel er geen geluids te horen was van buiten de kamer. Ter plaatse omgeboekt naar de zee kant. Mooie kamer, eerste verdieping met een super terras! En een geweldig uitzicht.

Frühstück, Formfleisch Schinken, tagtäglich selbes Früstück, man wählt entweder Ei, oder Schinken Käse beides zusammen erscheint in diesem Hotel nicht im Preis kalkuliert zu sein.Kaffee und Brot gerade noch im label des genießbaren. Uns fehlte schlichtweg die auswahl an Müsli Frischobst Schinken Wurst Gemüse Käse und diesverse Speialtäten aus dem Land. Das war mit abstand das schlechteste Fühstück das wir je bekommen haben. Wir würden empfehlen das Frühstück auf ein reichhaltiges Buffett - umzustellen und dementsprechend den Zimmerpreis mit Frühstück neu zu berechnen.
