Handy location to Main square. Good price. Great and knowledgeable staff.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and offered great advice about where the best places to visit/eat/drink were. The decor was very quirky and unusual but gave the place a great atmosphere. Would certainly recommend!

The breakfast was minimal but expected for the price. There was a window to the bathroom which can be seen into from inside the room; this had to be blocked as we were a group of friends travelling.

The hotel has a special ambiance never seen elsewhere, but certainly pleasing. After a small complaint about a room I got another room without any hesitation at all. Very friendly staff.

Breakfast might have some more choice than only bread with marmelade or meat. Real juice instead of artifical colored/flavored lemonade would be nice! Staff was very forthcoming though!

very close to center and most of the pubs and restaurants. lots of tv channels, and i watched bayern munich & barcelona match from tv inside the room. a window which u can see some trees and green stuff on the back yard and take fresh air easily inside the room. polite and helpful employees. if your budget is limited and u want to be close to city attractions u should prefer this hotel.

there were lots of ants on the floor which learned how to climg the walls. even they did not get my bed, i itched each time i saw them. Thank God that, after i let employees know that, they put some chemicals and remained a few only. the old is pretty old. the ceiling on the shower and in the bathroom looks weird.

Very good central location, easy to reach everything, either by tram or on foot. Friendly staff makes people feel welcome. Clean. In spite of some small inconveniences, I would come again. Good value for money.

Bathroom in our room not separated from the rest of the room with proper walls, just some half-height fence-style "walls". No places to hang towels. A bit old-fashioned blankets, not in the cotton-cases, which reduces feeling of cleanness. Breakfast was a bit modest in terms of choices - no fruit, or cereals, or yogurt, e.g.

Very thin walls! We heared everything that happend outside our room. The toilet in the room doesn't have ceiling.. The breakfast is very poor!

what i do not like is 1) rooms are so small 2) especially one of the recepcionist is unpolite and inessentially talkative which is sucks. 3) parking area was so small

Very friendly and helpful staff made us feel comfortable from our arrival. Location is good, being on the main street running through the city and with a tram stop right across the road... just 2 minutes to the central square, about 10 minutes walk. Fittings are luxurious in a "French Mirror Maze" style,and everything worked well (heater, shower etc).

Central location, convenient for the old town. Quiet off-street location, away from traffic noise.

The hotel interior was charming and location was perfect. The staff tried their best, was very pleasent and helpfull, except owner.

Owner was unprofessional on every level, he is the only reason I will never visit hotel again and i don't recommend it to anybody. It is not worth your nerves and time.

Excellent personel in the reception and also owner of the Hotel.They really help us much and take care us every minute during my visit with my family.Very nice location only 10 minute walk to city center and also very calm place.

Even the room has a good size for 3 person to stay easily(even had 2 double bed) the decoration and furniture should be renovated.

one day, there was no staff at 7 o'clock for serving breakfast, and i have to skip my breakfast.

The hotel is very noisy.You can hear conversations in the lobby from your room even if it is far away. And if you (future guests) are lucky enough to be welcomed by the hotel owner/manager without being drunk himself then maybe your stay will be better than ours. We gratefully thank to Mr.Davor Vidović for his apologetic Text messege and e-mail but we would not like to be future guests of this hotel.

Great hotel with great interieuer and super friendly service in the middle of town, yet peaceful and well connected with other parts of the town. Must see!

The hotel Ilica is a charming and lovely little hotel in the hearth of Zagreb. I liked the retro style atmpsphere of the entire premises. Although rather small, a single room, for example, was such a warm nest, with a luxorious bathrooom, so that nothing more and nothing less was needed. Of course, tha paramount was a value for money and extremely friendly staff! Besides, you have a granted parking place for almost nothing in the centre of Zagreb!

Well, little more cleaning would not harm.

Lokacija I osoblje na recepciji, ostalo je osoblje čudno,od portira do konobara na doručku koji je ljubazan ali moraš ga cimati da ti donese kruh...s toliko radne snage imate loš hotel

Izvanka gladac ,unutra jadac... Sobe su za liliputance,stare wc daske,ofucane deke, tv koji ne radi,buka od zore, vrata su obična s klimavom bravom,ne izolira se soba od buke,doručak je užasan,jedino valja marmelada I donekle kruh..kava iz kamenog doba I margarin...bez mogućnosti izbora nečeg drugog...ŽAO Mi je ono što ne valja nije skupo,mesing I lažni sjaj nikog ne vesele ako I ostalo nije na toj razini..potrebnao je obnoviti hotel I

Веселый и обходительный персонал, в номерах довольно чисто

Номера очень маленькие. В душевой кабине была сломана дверца. Завтрак поразил своим минимализмом в выборе и странным форматом обслуживания.
