The hotel is certainly of a high standard, clean and with all necessary things. I found very useful the two PCs for clients, with Internet & printing possibilities (as I didn't have a laptop). Very good breakfast as well, very comfortable pillows, very nice to have the boiler in the room :) The staff was also very nice and helpful. I didn't like that there are only windows, so not a balcony door in the room, and I would like to have some coffee and milk next to the boiler (they only leave you tea). The location is good, as the tram stop is very close, but not ideal if you want to visit the centre of the town and the upper city, that are the most beautiful parts.

The hotel is renovated and quite clean. We have seen a double room and a family room. Both of them have a nice interior and are spacious enough. Rooms are equipped with free fast Wi Fi internet which we could connect without any passwords and logins. There is a small coffee maker with coffee and couple tea bags. Bed linen is white clean and smooth. Bathroom is also clean and stylish. Cannot complain about breakfast as well. Reception personnel is very friendly and helpful. A week before we stayed in Palace Hotel Zagreb. For the same price the difference between the International Hotel and the Palace is like between heaven and dirt although they have same number of stars. I have been completely satisfied with the hotel. My wife suggested that this hotel should have more non-alcoholic cocktails in the bar downstairs.

Everything superb. One of the best hotels I ever stayed at. Especially the staff is most helpful - let just the Front Office Manager, Mr.Zeljko Prezec, be mentioned also by name.

As an American traveling to a foreign countryI was very nervous about staying there. The minute I walked into the lobby I felt so welcomed. The front staff was friendly and warm and I felt at home. That was so comforting to me as this is the first time I have travelled abroad. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was very impressive with many options. It was yummy and again the staff was friendly. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Hotel is renovated and looks realy nice. Access from garage is nicely arranged. Breakfast is realy great. Staff is proffesional but with lack of smile. Minibar in the room looks poor when you open it, only 1 item of each, beer, soda, water, juice. Room and bathroom are nice. What I believe they should add is a toothbrush and slippers. I would stay there again. Just lack of toothbrushes and slippers.

Room was comfortable There is no gym in the hotel and breakfast is extreamly poor in terms of options and quaily of food. This level is like in a one star hotel.

I stayed at this hotel again because it is really comfortable,elegant, with parking facilities and excellent services and staff. Moreover, dogs are welcome! And the breakfast buffet is a dream!

The staff was really friendly and helpful. I came for a tango festival and stayed late every day for dancing so I couldn't wake up before 10. The staff arranged late breakfast for me and my partner (that means private breakfast for just two people) and served it every day. The rest was OK - a good value for money. Wouldn't say that my room was dirty but the cleaning was far from perfect.

Confortable friendly, food at the restaurant and bar was good Distance from town if i am really being picky, was only a 20 mins walk, but 20 mins at 0600 in the morning from a city centre club is a chore. Would probably pick a hotel nearer the centre on my next visit.
