The hotel has good location, you can easily walk to the city center (it's around 10-15 minutes walk). We requested a parking space, so we were granted one in the hotel garage, which was less expensive than the nearby public garage. The rooms were clean and nice. The breakfast was ok. In our opinion the staff should be a bit more helpful. The hotel garage was rather small for such a large hotel (less than 10 parking places). Perhaps they could improve the quality and the freshness of the food served at the buffet breakfast. They could work on the sound isolation of the rooms, as you can easily tell whether your neighbor is watching TV or taking shower. |

New hotel with very nice accommodations. Breakfast was very good. Rooms well kept and clean. It is a business persons hotel as well so tourists should be prepared for that. Reception staff for the most part were especially helpful. One person was so pleasant and helpful to us that it made our stay even more enjoyable. Smoking in the lobby bar is heavy but there is not much that can be done considering the law. Location is abit removed from old town requiring a cab ride back and forth |

Nobody help me to carry the lugage. I was with 3 big suitrcases and a child of 4 years old and I had to manage my self from the parking to the reception and to my room. At the reception there were 3 people. |

ADSL cable for internet connection was not available at the reception during my whole stay. Would suggest to buy a few more cables. |

room size, quite parking was not available; only few lots but in this occasion were all busy. Near the hotel a privat parking available on payment but it is expensive, only cash (no credit car accepted). Strange that hotel has no arrangment with the privat parking for the benefit of its customers. |

Way too far to walk to the city centre, difficult to find when driving, GPS needed. The hotel bathroom tub was dirty, also bad heating, the cold coming in through the windows |
