I loved the rooms, big, quiet, very comfy, great bedding, great big bathroom. Friendly english speaking staff. Excellent breakfast. 3 elevators prevent unnecessary waiting. Location at the heart of Zagreb's business center, easy access. Small private parking (and a part of the public parking) No coffee in the rooms is a bit disappointing for a hotel of this category. The restaurant and the bar need a serious upgrade of their quality and food. The parking is not free (13€/day) . No air conditioning in winter, temperature in the room was set to 24° (unchangeable), except if we turn out the system and open the window to let some fresh air in ! Not good... if we could change on a range from 19 to 24 this would keep up with the status of the hotel.

The breakfast area was small compared to the number of guest. The breakfast quality was average only. The wireless internet is free, but is unuseable. The bandwith is overloaded, the Internet is very slow, the Skype was disconnected several times.

nice and friendly service, the baby cot was delvered to the room just in 3 minutes upon arrival. availbality of the parking was a plus. the breakfast was very modest and dining location was uncozy as small.
