very conveniently located with a huge sign, easy for the first timer to find, convenient parking.

guest room is very small, sound insulation is poor, breakfast room is small and tables are inconveniently arranged.

The proffesionalism of the staff and the design of the rooms were excellent. A close and comfortable 20 minute walk to the old town.

Even if the rating for staff is good there are some areas to improve: the reception staff should avoid chewing gum while talking (a girl) and to be more carefull with the reservation requiremnts. Also the staff from breakfast room should understand that even if the breakfast is available until 10 this do not should be understood that they can start colecting the food and to rearrange the tables for lunch, also they were noisy while guests were in the breakfast room.

There is no free parking for hotel guests and it is inposible to find a free parking for more then few hours.

Godd breakfest

The hotel has good location, you can easily walk to the city center (it's around 10-15 minutes walk). We requested a parking space, so we were granted one in the hotel garage, which was less expensive than the nearby public garage. The rooms were clean and nice. The breakfast was ok.

In our opinion the staff should be a bit more helpful. The hotel garage was rather small for such a large hotel (less than 10 parking places). Perhaps they could improve the quality and the freshness of the food served at the buffet breakfast. They could work on the sound isolation of the rooms, as you can easily tell whether your neighbor is watching TV or taking shower.

New hotel with very nice accommodations. Breakfast was very good. Rooms well kept and clean. It is a business persons hotel as well so tourists should be prepared for that. Reception staff for the most part were especially helpful. One person was so pleasant and helpful to us that it made our stay even more enjoyable.

Smoking in the lobby bar is heavy but there is not much that can be done considering the law. Location is abit removed from old town requiring a cab ride back and forth
