The only good thing in this hotel it's empty swimming pool.

This place is very bad. The most bad thing in this hotel are very unprofessional personnel. We reserved a Double deluxe room with a sea view, because we didn't want a standart double room with view of wall. Ok, when we were at check-in at the reception and the member of staff ask us to show print confirmation of reservation, because they didn't get one due to mystic reasons. We didn't have print list because we made a reservation on a smartphone, and we didn't have an opportunity to print. Man at reception show us a pay terminal when we were should drop coins to use a internet, and find a booking number. Finally, we got a key from our room and we got a shock when we entered, it was a standart ugly room. We go back to reception and asked to change a room to what we actually reserved. Funny, but man told us that room with a sea view cost more money. Ahhaa, of course we knew it and reserved specially this room!!! Why you don't get and don't read reservations of yours customers? After long silly situation we got our room. Please trust, personnel here are really bad! And that can spoil your stay here.

I didn't like lack of cooling system, it was too hot inside hotel, in the restaurant...

The location of the hotel is great. Right by the sea, and very short walking distance from the centre of town. The breakfast is quite ok. The room is clean, and overall good value for money. I would be happy to go back, in the condition of gutting a sea side room rather than a road one.

If you don't get a sea view and have the room facing the road, it is extremely loud from the cars. You have to have the window open as there is no air conditioning, and would be way too stuffy and hot otherwise. However road side rooms specially lower floor, really load from the road.

The reviews are deceptive. The rooms are small and facilities are basic, but I don't see what else other guests can expect at this price. Staff were generally friendly and professional. The location is excellent and the rooms were clean and adequate for the price. Great resort with nice restaurants, but avoid if you expect sandy beaches.

Outdoor pool is to be avoided, though swimming in the sea. Indoor pool was disappointing - strange smell.

Istra are o vedere excelenta asupra marii. Micul dejun ofera o gama larga de produse de la fructe pana la sunca prajita, pentru toate gusturile.

Din pacate hotelul are mobila veche din anii '80 si are nevoie de o modernizare urgenta. Camera avea 2 paturi separate iar baia nu era intr-o stare foarte buna. Usa de la balcon de abia se inchidea.

Letti singoli in stanza doppia. Colazione fredda (I contenitori del cibo caldo erano aperti!). Piscina fredda (su booking era scritto che era riscaldata). Sauna chiusa. No parcheggio. Odore forte di combustibile al piano terra

Localização e preços ótimos.

Der Badestrand und die Lage des Hotels. Das sehr nette und zuvorkommendes Personal. Der hauseigene Parkplatz war für mich als PKW-Eigenanreisender auch optimal.

Die Sauberkeit des Naßraumes waren ein Problem. Weiters hatten wir auch Probleme mit den Rollläden, welche nicht zur Gänze heruntergelassen werden konnten bzw. aus der Verankerung fielen. Straßenseitiges Zimmer war auch ein Nachteil, aber nicht wegen dem Straßenlärm sontern wegen der Klimaanlage aus der Umgebung.

Hotel Pessimo!!!!Attenzione perchè li in croazia le stelle degli alberghi contano ben poco..un albergo ha tre stelle rispetto a 1 quattro stelle perchè non ha la piscina...ma tralasciando questo particolare la piscina era 20x20 adatta massimo a bambini e pessima! Senza parlare del personale...sgorbutico e arrogante!Pagavamo come gli altri...ma guardacaso solo a noi italiani la colazione era servita ad 1 tavolo al sole!!!Alle 9.50 hanno iniziato a portar via tutto quando la colazione era fino alle 10!!!e per completare in bellezza la stanza era sporca e male odorante...dato che perdeva acqua dapperttutto il bagno e lo scarico era attaccato con un fil di ferro, tant è che il giorno dopo m'è rimasto in mano!!!!Spero con questa recensione di evitare una triste avventura/vacanza a qualcun altro che decida di soggiornare in questo albergo!!!!
