The location was great - it's a beautiful spot to just relax and enjoy the ocean. The ferry service back and forth to Rovinj was very smooth and reliable. I thought the quick mid-day food options were not that great. We mostly starved between breakfast and dinner, because the food available at the lounge areas was not appealing, or had been sitting pre-prepared for a very long time. Also, this was one of the most expensive hotels I think we've ever stayed at, and while we had a good time, I don't think I'd go back due to the cost. |

We thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful spa services; indoor pool & jacuzzi; and the restaurant in the old castle! The hotel dinner buffet needs improvement! |

What I liked the most was being on an island. It was a clean, comfortable hotel with good facilities. Other than wanting sand (which I guess isn't really possible in Croatia (or much of the Med) it was what I was looking for at the end of my holiday for some much needed r&R. The food was questionable. For the most part there was a good selection and it tasted good, but both my boyfriend and I had some stomach issues. Not sure if it was from the food here (that is what we suspect) or maybe a meal before arriving at the hotel. |

The pools are quite good with see water and normal water - not deep- perfect for childrens. Because there was only one hotel on that island the prices were prity big and the weiters ospitality was very poor. The sports field for basket was very poor, almost unuseable. |

The situation. The island enabled us to escape from all the package tour clients staying in the hotel. To be able to go to Maskin ,spend time by the sea and then lunch at Lavande provided idyllic holiday experience The large communal dining area for breakfast. We would have been very unhappy had we booked half board and had had to eat there in the evening as well. We were not aware that the hotel catered for such package tours and in our opinion it took away from its 4* rating. |

It was excellent value for money, the location, the tranquility of the surrounds, it was all very good. The safety around the pool area, the tiles were very very slippery and the small tiles around the edge of the pool were breaking away and were just left and falling into the pools. I slipped and had a very nasty fall walking around pool. |

Strand und Meer auch die gesamte Außenanlage sehr sauber ! Wunderschöne Bademöglichkeiten . Sehr Naturbelassen . Erholsame Ruhe ! Essen , wir hatten Gott sei Dank nur Frühstück . Wir konnten weder im Hotel noch im Schloßrestaurante(Essen hervorragend) mit unserer Master-Card bezahlen ! Dann wurden wir noch scheinheilig nach einer anderen Karte gefragt ! Am Abreisetag hatten wir ab 08.00 Uhr im Zimmer keinen Strom mehr und wurden an der Reception dafür noch belächelt !! |

Das Hotel liegt auf einer sehr schönen Insel und diese ist sehr sauber und sehr schön angelegt. Das man für die Liegestühle rund um die Insel, für die Strandtücher bzw. für alle sportlichen Aktivitäten zur Kasse gebeten wurde und das mit Beträgen zwischen € 3 und € 9,--, erwartet man sich nicht in einem 4 Sterne Hotel zu diesem Preis! |

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, mit den Inseln und den Wegen. Ideal zum Laufen gehen. Man hat genug Auswahl, wo mann den Tag verbringen will, entweder am Pool, oder irgenwo auf der Insel. Scheinbar gibt es keine Zimmer mit Verbindungstüren, ist schade, wenn man mit den Kindern Urlaub macht!! |

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön. Gut gefallen hat uns auch das zu einem Restaurant umgwandelte kloster direkt neben dem Hotel, in dem wir sehr gut aßen. |

Accogliente e funzionale, ben collaudato per il servizo al cliente che può trovare piena soddisfazione sia per esigenze di relax che per il divertimento o le escursione. Ben organizzato e puntuale il servizio taxi verso la terra ferma che non fa rimpiangere di essere su un'isola. |

Die Hotelanlage war sehr sauber. Auch die beiden Inseln über die man zu Fuß wandern kann sind schön und gepflegt. Die Wellnessanlage kann nur gegen Aufpreis 20.-€ p.P./Tag benutzt werden. Das ist aus Ihrem Angebot nicht hervor gegangen und war der Hauptgrund dieses Hotel zu wählen. Das Hotel ist ein unfreundlicher Betonbau. Der Frühsücksraum ist laut und man hat keine Terrasse zur Verfügung. Handtücher/Bademantel für den Pool werden nicht angeboten. |
