This was very convenient for an overnight stay at the airport. The owner was very nice and friendly.

Location; convenient walk from Pleso (zag) Airport, 3-5 minute walk.

When I booked online, it mentioned check-in after 13:00 hours; "1:00 PM", when I arrived shortly after 13:00, there were no staff nor management in sight, I went next door into a sporting bet shop and asked person at counter who referred me to someone else who contacted managers wife, the wife said husband is running late due to a football game and would not be available until 14:00 hours; "2:00 PM", so I was able to have access to my room but I was not given a password for free wifi nor breakfast accommodation, time, location and check-out time! When the manager arrived he made it very clear that check- out was at 11:00 am sharp, he did not offer the wifi password until I asked later on in which I had to once again search for him through the same person at the sports shop, he made it clear that I was to only use Internet search and e-mail, "no downloads or movies". My stay was agitating, the walls are thin, the room no. 3 is small, no where to lay your belongings, luggage bags etc...the flat screen tv barely picks up any stations and the ones that come in are disrupted by a weak signal. The breakfast is a "joke"...it consist of a bag of 3-4 suger filled pastries and you have to ask for coffee, this so called breakfast is served in a smoked filled bar with local patriots mostly who are stairy unfriendly people! I would not recommend Guest House Ivac Inn...also the photo provided on booking.com is not a photograph of the in, it is a photo of the building to the left. I would recommend those wanting to stay near the Zagreb airport stay at Rooms Pleso down the street or Hotel Pleso; both are great places to stay.

Good if you have to spend the night near airport.

5 minute walk to airport

T was a 5 minute walk from the airport, but I would have rather walked 10 for a better place. We had a double room with a double bed...but a single size blanket. The bed squeaked and was very uncomfortable. The fitted sheet was threadbare with holes in it There was no flat sheet. The room was as white and sterile as an insane asylum. The tv was broken...wouldn't turn on. (The owner offered us a free drink to make up for it, but the bar was super smoky and it was too cold to sit outside, so we didn't take him up on the offer). It should have been a $20 room, but was $50.

Great location for early departure flights: airport is a 200m walk across a park. Can return rental car evening before and walk back to your room. Good restaurant at 300 m. Helpful and friendly owner.

Basic small rooms. No table (only a narrow fold out panel fixed to the wall) or chair, no water cooker, just a bed, TV, small wardrobe and a small bath room. Wi-Fi was not usable, signal too weak and unstable.

We stayed really only for a few hours on a flight layover. The owner waited up until after midnight for us when our plane was delayed. Room was basic but clean, manager lovely, proximity to airport unbeatable.

I would have preferred to pay when I checked in. The owner was busy and said he would come back that evening at 9. The problem was that I had an early flight and would have liked to get to bed earlier. However, it wasn't a major problem.

Great location, just a short walk to the airport

Shower head was broken; water just dribbled out. The person that met us was friendly but left in a hurry without giving us the password to the free wi-fi.

Simple but clean. Walking distance to the airport. Friendly staff. Fast internet.

Small room, no table.

We were catching an early morning flight from Zagreb airport so this was perfect as we only had to walk across the park to the airport. The room was small but it was all we needed for a short stop over of less than 12 hrs.

It was close to the airport, which it was good for my purposes. Clean, with air conditioning and TV, is a good place to have a good night of sleep.

Really far from the center. You need to take a bus from the croatian airlines that costs 30 kunas, than take a tram to go to the center. Take 40 or 50 minutes to do it all.

Yes, it was a nice and clean hotel, very close to the airport of Zagreb so I could walk to it and in 5 minutes I was there. I came in the evening and the next day I'd have to go back home so it was the best choice of location as we had a rest in Opatia and my flight was early in the morning. My friends brought me there one day earlier so not to be late for early flight. I liked this hotel and it's good stuff. Next time I would like to stay again there. Elena.

The staff was very flexible and excepted all forms of cash. It was a 3 minute walk to the airport!

We were recieved professionally and accomodated beyond what would be considered normal. These people really care about thier guests. HIGHLY reccommended.

Owner is the best guy you'll ever meet. This is less than a 5 minute walk to the airport, thats why I chose it for an early flight. Airport is litterally across the street. Very easy to walk. Room was very modern with new tv and New furniture. Bed was big with comfortable new bedding. There is a cafe/bar in front which is also owned by the same owner. Place is perfect for overnight airport stays.

Only thing did not like was the shower was half circular and shower curtain when closed did not prevent water from getting out onto the bathroom floor. Floor was constantly wet and shower should have walls on sides to prevent water from splashing out, or a mop in the bathroom to wipe up the water would be handy.
