Nice, reconstruct building. Swimming pool is advantage if you don´t want to go to the beach every day. Breakfast was good.

Staff was very unprofessional. When I phoned to the hotel to confirm my reservation, at first nobody knew about my reservation. I was surprised instat soup we get every dinner and also when boss of hotel noticed that one guest would get just one plate for the meal during the dinner. He is very unpleasant person. Dinner has never started at 7 pm. Chambermaid didn ´t mop the floor in the room, clean shower during our whole vacation. Air condition in apartment didn ´t work enought, for the small room it can be enough, but not for the big room of this apartment.

Great location although a number of stairs to take luggage up. Staff really helpful and friendly. Fantastic fresh food for dinner cooked on BBQ. Lovely Pool with beach close by.

Nice small hotell in a great area.

The breakfast was bad. No choices, no varm alternative. Just white bread and marmelade.

The owner, mr. Ivan, is always present in the hotel just to control his building and what is going on. Half board, included in the price of the room, is really a sad moment of the day. Dishes prepared are served cold and are not tasteful. When you check in, they ask for your passports and don't give them back until you pay the bill.... I paied on my very first day because I couldn't go around without any identification documents and had dinner out in vary nice restaurants (except on the day of the arrival). About one hundreds stairs to reach village downtown

Room was large and reasonably comfortable. Swimming pool was nice after hot days at the beach.

Surly staff that seemed uninterested in helping us or making suggestions, apparently got their training during the socialist years. Air conditioners don't work, which numerous guests complain about. Hotel is not close to the water or beaches, is a long walk uphill from center of Bol. Small things that took away from the holiday -- uncomfortable pillows, stingy giving out extra towels, only instant coffee in the mornings, bland breakfasts. We did not feel welcome here, substandard experience compared to other hotels in the region. Should have read all the other guest reviews on booking.com before making this reservation.

La posizione dell'albergo è ottimale vicino al centro e alle spiagge

Il personale dell'albergo è improvvisato. Il cibo è scadente, La pulizia delle camere avviene alla sera. Incredibilmente hanno trattenuto i passaporti per tutta la durata della partenza fino al saldo del conto

Le personnel est très accueillant et très serviable! La situation géographique est assez bonne mais le confort très insuffisant par rapport au tarif proposé!

Il contesto è molto carino, vicino al centro e la spiaggia più celebre è raggiungibile percorrendo una piacevole passeggiata sotto I pini. La discoteca è stata chiusa. Wi-fi gratis funzionante, ma solamente nella zona reception-piscina e non, come indicato nel volantino, in tutta la struttura.

Personale impreparato e improvvisato, all’arrivo l’accoglienza non è stata calorosa né tantomeno qualcuno si è offerto di aiutarci a portare I bagagli dal piano strada alla reception (3 rampe di scale, e l'ascensore è solo per il personale!). I documenti sono stati trattenuti fino al giorno della partenza, giorno in cui abbiamo anche provveduto a saldare il conto. Le stanze sono discretamente pulite, I lenzuoli sono inadatti ai letti che sono nella stanza – troppo piccoli -, il bagno è senza finestra, piuttosto buio, la doccia minuscola e gli asciugamani sono veramente piccoli e tutti delle stesse dimensioni. Fortunatamente avevamo un telo mare in più a testa. Il cibo è la nota più dolente di tutto il soggiorno, con un solo aggettivo "monotono". Ogni giorno sempre lo stesso “menu”: carne e sgombro alla brace, patatine fritte fredde, pomodori e verza in insalata, una minestrina peggio che ospedale e I dessert riciclati dalla colazione, senza frutta (solo mele cotte), il tutto a buffet nello spirito del “non si butta via niente”. Mai un piatto tipico o una portata che facesse apprezzare la cucina dalmata, decantata nella scheda di presentazione dell’albergo. Orario della cena eccessivamente ridotto, solo dalle 19,30 alle 21,00. Se si arriva alle 20,30 il rischio è di trovare già tutto finito e dover lottare con il personale dell’albergo che si serve allo stesso triste buffet. Colazione fino alle 10. Sconsiglio le uova sode: una mattina ne ho preso uno ed era verde!!! Inaccettabile!

Das Hotel liegt in zentraler Lage, d.h. nur einige Gehminuten zum Ortszentrum und nur einige Minuten zum Strand. Auch kann man innerhalb von 5 Fahrminuten am Zlatni rat (Goldenes Horn) baden.

La struttura , la posizione, le camere sono spaziose, vicino al paese ma distante dalla spiaggia di zlatni rat vi si arriva a piedi per un bel viale alberato o navetta o trenino

Cibo abbondante alla griglia si mangia carne di pollo di maiale e sgombri ma ripetitivo buono per brevi soggiorni, nessuno parla o capisce italiano, il condizionatore è basso e non regolabile, gli asciugamani sono piccoli e insufficienti

Ristorazione pessima ho mangiato per 6 giorni sempre uguale il tutto riscaldato come nei peggiori self service dessert inesistente frutta Mele! !! Per 6 giorni. !! quando a 50 metri c'era tutto uva, pesche, melone, cocomero. Un'esperienza da non ripetere. !!

Aircondition fungerte svært dårlig. Det var ikke forhold til å henge opp klær, vi var 5 personer på et rom, det ble kaotisk. Lekkasje og fukt fra dusjen, viften fungerte ikke her. Personalet hadde høylytte diskusjoner utenfor vårt rom.(Deres pauseplass med røyking) Ved forespørsl om de kunne dempe seg svarte de kanskje..Maten var stort sett den samme på alle dagene vi var der (6), alltid grillet makrell, kylling og svinekjøtt. Ingen dessert.
