Hotel Ivan

Staff were friendly and hotel was comfortable and was offering extra services such as massages. It was positioned in the quit area away from the busy cafe and restaurant strip.

Very nice hotel, with a beatuiful view over the sea. Stayed in a 3+1 room which was spacious. 5 minutes walk to the city center and to the closest small beach. 25 min walk to Zlatni Rat, but also possible to take one of the charming taxi boats for 10 Kuna (~1.5 eur). Tip: Rent a quad bike or small boat to explore the island or cost.

One person in the staff was very direct, which could feel intimidating.

The location and the view was excellent

We did not have warm water for the majority of our stay. The owner did nothing to compensate this real inconvenience. Would not recommend this hotel!

The room was dirty and during our staying they clean it in a very negligent way. This was supposed to be an international hotel

Hotel familial propre et bien tenu

Contrairement a ce que nos avions espéré l'hotel n'est pas sur le bord de l'eau mais a quelques dizaines de metres de petites plages de galets (via escaliers) Les chambres sur jardin ont en réalité vue sur le parking et la route Preferer les chambres avec seaview

La piscine

Petit déjeuner à pleurer, nettoyages des toilettes inexistantes, demande de réparation non faits, ambiance exécrable, climatisation défectueuse et ne démarrant qu'à partir de 17:oo (??), coin cuisine sans ustensiles : bref affreux !

Sa situation dans la ville, sa belle terasse avec piscine, sa chambre-appartement bien située (ce qui n'est pas le cas de toutes les chambres)

Ils ne font que de faire le lit (sans changer les draps) et de changer les serviettes de bains. Pour un séjour de plusieurs jours, les chambres ne sont nettoyées que sur demande au coup à coup. Il en est de même pour le coin cuisine et la salle de bain, ainsi que les wc.
