nice, friendly staff, good location the breakfasts are "too monotonous" wthout vegateblas, cottage cheese, what I missed, and also too noisy rooms at the street side. |

The location of the hotel is what makes the hotel interesting.Taking into consideration the facilities it is not really a 3 star hotel. The facilities esspecially the breakfast. |

Location On checkout the manager was unresponsive when advised of the condition of the room. Hotel was grossly overpriced. The room smelt of cigarette smoke, the carpet was frayed, dirty and mouldy, paint was peeling off the walls (which were completely bare), the telephone and bedside lamp (a bare light globe) did not work, the room had not been vacuumed for some time, there was a empty water bottle and a used tissue under the bed. The bed base was broken and propped up with a block of wood and the fabric was ripped. The bathroom fittings were broken. The room was noisy with tram traffic outside. This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. |

Très bien situé dans le coeur de Zagreb, personnel accueillant. Equipement pas tout récent (télé, séche cheveux en mauavis état...) |
