便利な場所 スタッフも親切 朝食のカプチーノにもかわいい絵を描いてくれるし、テラスが気持ちいい。市内観光にも非常に便利。快適でし- た

旧市街にも近く、観光、食事共にロケーションは抜群です。駅周辺より、お勧めかと思います。トラムの乗り場- も近いので、バスターミナルへの移動も楽でした。食事は７時からだったので、朝出発が早かったので食べられ- ませんでした。ホテルの前は車の進入ができないらしく、タクシーやレンタカーを利用しようとしている場合は- 不便かもしれません。ザグレブ空港を朝出発の便に乗る場合は、出発便が集中しているのでものすごく混んでい- ました。ＰＣが無料で利用できるので、事前にＷＥＢチェクインし、早めに空港へ行かれることをおすすめしま- す。空港では、自動チェックイン機を利用すればすぐにボーディングパスが発行されます。

Close to the jelacica square,cable car,good location.breakfast in the terrace was also great.the staff was gentle,i recommend the hotel for these who prefer small and homelike atmosphere.街の中心部から近く、ロケーションがよいです。テラスでの朝食もとてもよかったです！スタッフも優しく、こ- じんまりとしたアットホームなところに泊まりたい方にはおすすめです。

旧市内のど真ん中で観光には大変便利でした。スタッフの対応も良く、ホテルも非常に綺麗で清潔でした。

車で行きましたが、旧市街と言う事で、車が進入禁止。どこに駐車するのか見つけるのが大変でした。ホテルの- ３００ｍほど南下した場所にありましたが、一度近くに路駐して、ホテルフロントで駐車場を聞いてから、よう- やく駐車場に到着。その後、荷物を３００ｍほど街中を引きづりながら、ようやくホテルへ。事前に分かるよう- にしてもらいたかったです。

Perfect location just off the street. Quite rooms. Only a few mins from main square and tram line. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was large and very clean. Wi-fi throughout.

Central location, easy to find free and secure parking (not too far to walk), helpful staff, clean, spacious, massive double beds, comfortable, modern room, reasonably priced. All we needed and more,

Located in the pedestrian zone, so it's difficult to get there, parking facilities 500 meters away - be sure to know the code for the door otherwise it is getting complicated ...

Everything was great! The hotel, service, etc was much better than at other places that we've visted with more stars. This hotel truly is a gem, perfectly kept with very helpful and friendly staff. Can't wait to return!

Only the location in the city center and friendly staff at breakfast.

Very steep stairs. No elevator. The hotel has a lot of carpet, a lot of dust. The smell of cleaning materials. At night, the room was cold, we had a cold. The young lady at the reception needs serious training. I'm sorry, but I can not recommend this hotel.
