The hotel provided a full range of facilities at a reasonable price. It is a very comfortable hotel with good facilities. Staff are very helpful particularly as we speak only English. The hotel allowed a noisy party involving a large conference group to cdfontinue until about 4.00am. |

Our expectations for this hotel were not high due to previous reviews. We were expecting a shabby room with poor amenities however we were pleasantly surprised when we got to our suite (worth paying that little bit extra for). The décor is dated but the room was clean and had all the amenities we would expect for a hotel of this grading. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to the national park. The hotel also offers a deal whereby if you buy an entrance ticket for the park in the afternoon and get it stamped by the reception that evening it will be valid for the whole of the next day. The staff were friendly & the receptionist was especially helpful.Over all a good place to stay for visiting the national park. Our only criticism would be the lack of air-con. Breakfast was the worst for choice during our trip in Croatia. |

excellent location within about 100m of the ticketbooth and starting point for the trails around the lakes Basic rooms and services; main features of the park can be seen in 6 hours so don't really need to stay right at the park. |

The hotel has the most convenient location for access to the park The carpet in the room was so old it appeared unclean. The bathroom was outdated and unclean. The bathtub took over an hour to drain, We were told all bathtubs in the hotel had this problem. Make sure to check the map at the bus stop for best directions to the hotel. |

modern furnishings, beds were very comfortable, and bathroom was clean and styled. breakfast had at least 8 different fruits, warm food, and fresh juices. staff was very attentive. i was expecting worse after reading the reviews but i think it's nicer on the inside than the star rating given. |

Easy acess to national park Staff members in the reception horribly rude and lacking of knowledge. No information about the area. Expensive room, not worth the price. |

The location is superb and the staff, especially in the resturant, are very friendly and the food very good. Things that could be better: - pathway down to lakes was broken at various points; lighting towards the spa/whirlpool was off and dark; lifts to different sections all need colour coding outside the lift; whirlpool could close 1 hour later; tables could be more widely spaced. |

It is very close to Plitvice Park. The service at the reception (Maria) was very good. The Bathroon is not comftable, food is poor, no free sport facilities, the room is small for triple. |

Even though we stayed in a suite, the room didn't have a balcony. The furniture in the rooms look like a 2-star hotel furniture and there was no ac in the rooms. |

That it was so close to the National park- so location and convenience were great. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly. Temperature inside the bedroom a little hot, no air con in bedrooms. It was a little noisy at times. |
