All staff very friendly and helpful - desk, room, restaurant. A La Carte food and wine selection excellent. Excellent view from room. Taxi ride to Zagreb airport was efficient, safe, economical and accommodating of a photo stop. Smoking in the bar area. Shower supports broken and no spares on hand (about 20 plastic fittings broke each week). |

Convenient that the hotel is located near the trail that leads to the lake-area... 1) The jazucci tub was filled with lukewarm water - not a trace of hot water - so that experience was not good at all. 2) The hotel does not insist that any buses that serve the park from Zagreb offer riders a stop at the true entrance to the hotel. This proved a disaster for me, as I was carrying a heavy suitcase and could not walk the 1 mile from the bus stop to the hotel. Very dangerous!! |

Overpriced, no character, didn't deserve its' 3 stars. Jacuzzi wasn't working. Needs complete refurb. Bathroom was tiny & flooded after each shower. Only two lights were working in the room. Dodgy smell in the corridor. |
