Cancellation
If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.50 per night and person for cots.
All children from 2 to 15 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

We serve a rich choice of fish and meat dishes, vegetables and national specialties.
The restaurant is open all year round.
It has a well-equipped large marina, a must for all those sailing the eastern Adriatic, excellent swimming areas surrounded by rich vegetation, hotels and private accommodation and various sporting facilities: tennis, mini golf, boccie, diving, sailing, underwater and sports fishing, diving and sailing courses.
We recommend Punat to all of those who enjoy sailing, active holidays and various types of entertainment. A place worth visiting is the small wooded island of Kosljun placed in the middle of the shallow Puntarska draga. A Franciscan monastery, built on the ruins of a Roman villa, can be seen on the island.

Excllent room. Very large - plenty of space for us and our 6 year old daughter.Cool Aircon. Very nice resaurant with excellent food which was very popular with hotel residents and people from elsewhere. Sea view is not worth paying extra for, we never even opened the shutters.Local beach is very busy and a bit dirty. However- drive a few km down the road towards Stari Baska and with a bit of investigation you can find some really lovely beaches. |

Sehr, sehr schöne ruhige Lage, schöne Aussenanlage, das Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Restaurant ist durchaus in die gehobene Kategorie einzuordnen, sowohl vom Essen als auch vom Ambiente. Das Essen war immer reichlich und gut. Die Matratzen waren für meinen Geschmack etwas zu weich. |

Pulizia, riservatezza, bella vista se lato mare, comoda camera, posizione tranquilla fuori dal centro, colazione continentale abbondante. Piccolo appunto: a colazione le uova strapazzate sono poste in un vassoio aperto e non in contenitore termico. |

la pulizia delle camere, la gentilezza dello staff, conoscenza più che buona dell'italiano, i servizi offerti, la posizione dell'hotel: strategica per la visita dell'intera isola. contrariamente a quanto detto nella maggior parte dei commenti, il ristorante: avevamo prenotato abbiamo dovuto aspettare che si liberasse il tavolo, non ci è stato dato un menù quindi abbiamo ordinato alla cieca, e non sono a buon mercato..siamo stati "guidati" a ordinare da una cameriera fintamente gentile...e ci è arrivato nell'ordine: un sottilissimo nonchè ghiacciato carpaccio di polipo su una montagna di rucola rinsecchita dal gelo..un piatto di "surlice" stracotti con un sugo di scampi talmente agliato e pepato da non riconoscere gli scampi stessi...sono un sommelier quindi vi potete fidare..servizio da ristorante "turistico"... |

Die gesamte Atmosphäre im Hotel und im Restaurant, das super-essen (!!!) [Halbpension-Aufzahlung war einfach ein traum!], ausgedehntes Frühstück, toller Garten neben dem Hotel. Leider fehlt noch ein Swimming-Pool (auch wenn er noch so klein wäre!) denn das Wasser neben dem Yachthafen ist zu seicht! |
