The staff was extremely friendly and the accommodations were very chic. We loved the hotel and are so happy that we found that jewel for our travels. Only thing we would have done different is stay longer!

The hotel is located away from the craziness of Old Town Dubrovnik, so it is quiet and peaceful. The design of the hotel is well-thought out, and much attention has been paid to making it pleasing to the eye. Everything is done tastefully, and the place is sparkling clean. I stayed for three nights, and found the restaurant to be so good that eating at other restaurants (such as in Old Town) was a minor disappointment. It was too cool to try the pool, but it looked like a relaxing paradise. The staff was superb: I lacked for nothing. They helped with every detail of my stay.

I have tried to think if there was anything I didn't like, and there is nothing. I travel a lot, and this was the most perfect hotel stay I have ever had. Bravo, Kazbek!

Small but perfect, old-fashioned yet every modern convenience, very wecoming, pleasant staff. Great location overlooking pretty harbour yet near enough to the old city of Dubrovnik.

Otelden çıkarken de otelin eski konak zamanlarını gösteren bir yağlı boya tablo kopyası verdiler. Odalar gerçekten çok temiz. Hizmetleri çok kaliteli. Otoparklar hemen yan tarafta ve ulaşım çok kolay. Otelin konumu çok güzel.

Otelin odaları (3. kattakiler) ne yazıkki küçük pencerelerden ötürü ferah değiller. Eğer sizin de eviniz denize 10 metre ise, daracık pencerelerden denizi görememek rahatsız edecektir. Kahvaltı bence Bar olan kısımda Liman manzarasıyla verilmeli. Kahvaltı ederken deniz görülmeli. Kahvaltı otelin girişindeki meydanda veriliyor. Eğer deniz manzarası sizin için önemliyle otel ile teyitleşmeden rezervasyon yaptırmayın.

Everything, staff were great and really helpful, a pleasure to stay there. Good on you guys.

The postion was very convenient for No. 6 bus to and from town. The room was very comfortable , even could be a little larger. The staff were very helpful.The restaurant was amazing for the meals , both breakfast and dinner on 2 of our 3 nights. The pool we used as well.

Everything was very good. If anything maybe our room could be larger.

The location was quiet and staff were very professional and friendly. The pool area was very private and relaxing and the breakfas excellent. Deni welcomed us delightfully and helped us to get the most from our stay with recommendations for restaurants, walks and trips. The room was constantly kept clean.

It was expensive but the best hotels in Dubrovnik all seem to be. We hired a car but would use taxis if we visit again. I think bottled water should be provided in a hotel of this calibre everyday.

I thought this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, all things considered, and I travel a lot. Great service, great food, atmosphere, etc. Nothing to complain about. I would gladly recommend Kazbek to all my friends.

I took my husband on a surprise weekend trip to Dubrovnik and we stayed at the Kazbek. The service that they provided was absolutely surperb - they upgraded our room and the chef even baked my husband a cake for his birthday! :):):) The hotel is small with some 12 rooms so it feels really intimate with a lovely pool area and facing the habour. There is a really nice pool, a good restaurant and an upstairs bar with views over the sea. We will definately be back and recommend this hotel to our friends and family!

Very friendly staff at reception. Nice, calm atmosphere and good location.

Aircond is really difficult to use, its loud and somehow really tricky. There is no directions of use in the rooms. Also our room had fife different lights that could not been switced off: fire alarm, television clock, aircond panel, exit light by the door and one more. At night time, when you try to sleep, i felt like i was in disco, cos three of lights mentioned, were flashing on and of...

The building is beautifully appointed and in a very lovely & interesting spot overlooking the harbour. The rooms were traditionally designed and very comfortable with everything you might expect of a quality hotel. The private pool was delightful and very peaceful and the staff could not have been more helpful. With a very easy short walk and bus ride into the Old Town, for us it was a perfect location for a Dubrovnik trip. We would definitely come again!

Pool area very private.

Constantly reminded by the staff that it was a five star resort which was their excuse for why they would not do pretty much anything. This is not a five star resort and a terrible value for the money. Air conditioning is marginal at best (believe there was some excuse about that issue as well). Rooms were small and outdated. Pool area has a bar area but, of course, the hotel is understaffed and it is never open. If you are going to splurge on a hotel I would consider one of the other options in Dubrovnik and one that is not in Lapad.

Staff were very friendly, hotel is very intimate, quiet and luxurious yet simplistic. Breakfast was fabulous and so was the evening meal we had.

Would have preferred larger windows in our room, it was quite dark due to sky light windows only.

We loved the small and intimate nature of this hotel, a relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik. We enjoyed spending time relaxing by the pool after a day out and about. Breakfast was delicious, great selection of continental and cooked choices which set you up for the day. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and quiet. We appreciated the accessibility by car. Car parking was also sheltered from the sun which was great.

we visited in early June and so the outside terrace bar which had great views was closed and not serving drinks. Seemed such a shame given the location. Restaurant looked quiet and empty so we ate elsewhere despite the menu looking as if it would have been tasty.

It is a lovely small quiet hotel located at the harbour from where you can easily reach the old city by bus. They serve a delicious breakfast in the patio, and from the terrace upstairs one has a pretty view of the harbour.

Excellent service in the hotel and restaurant. Rooms and other areas are really beautifully decorated and comfortable. Especially I liked the library where we could order "nightcap" from the bar. Our feedback about restaurant food was handled really well. Breakfast was tasty, fresh and good variety. I also enjoyed the breakfast being served in the garden on good weather. I can truly recommend Kazbek hotel!

We did not feel the dinner food in the restaurant was up to the hotel's standard. We even tried it twice because of other reviewrs better feedback. Sea food was ok, but others not tasty. Restaurant was also mostly empty during our stay so here might be a reason for quests not wanting to eat there. But like I wrote above the feedback about it was handled well, so it did not spoil our stay. This is just minor thing, but at the breakfast it would be nice if you would have the menu telling what is available, since you have so excellent breakfast and good variety. First day we did not really know what to order.

Helpful and friendly staff. Lovely room, as we were upgraded to an apartment. The first room we were offered only had one small window which was set high up and impossible to see out of. At over £150 per night, this was unacceptable! The staff dealt with this quickly and satisfactorily. Had the hotel been full, what then? Breakfast was a feast, beautifully presented. Dinner very expensive but good. We found the continuous music which played out of speakers on the terrace, unessessary and annoying.
