Boutique Hotel Kazbek  

Excellent service in the hotel and restaurant. Rooms and other areas are really beautifully decorated and comfortable. Especially I liked the library where we could order "nightcap" from the bar. Our feedback about restaurant food was handled really well. Breakfast was tasty, fresh and good variety. I also enjoyed the breakfast being served in the garden on good weather. I can truly recommend Kazbek hotel!

We did not feel the dinner food in the restaurant was up to the hotel's standard. We even tried it twice because of other reviewrs better feedback. Sea food was ok, but others not tasty. Restaurant was also mostly empty during our stay so here might be a reason for quests not wanting to eat there. But like I wrote above the feedback about it was handled well, so it did not spoil our stay. This is just minor thing, but at the breakfast it would be nice if you would have the menu telling what is available, since you have so excellent breakfast and good variety. First day we did not really know what to order.

Very good facilities. Clean.Very comfortable. Helpful (not always accurate) service.

Bit of a distance from Dubrovnik old town and not easy to get there. None of the rooms face the water althought it is directly on a gulf.

Staff were very friendly and attentive. Great breakfast, lovely room. Very accessible to old city, 3pm walk or 5 stops on bus.

No twin beds and big mix up at end with my bill which was really surprising as the hotel was empty at time I stayed so can't explain how 757 kuna for restaurant ended up charged against my room. After checking out and waiting for a taxi, I ordered two coffees which I was then charged for even though breakfast was still being served?

The words “boutique hotel” have been over-used and often have little meaning. But at the Kazbek you remember what it really means. Attentive staff who seem to really enjoy their work and go the extra mile effortlessly; beautifully appointed rooms and a great location. Restaurant food excellent and breakfast generous. NB it is not that close to the Old Town, but that's an advantage to us!

Virtually nothing to fault. Any tiny points were swiftly dealt with.

In a nice neighborhood of Lapad. Away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town and yet easily accessible by bus no 6 (every 10 min). Price was affordable for a 5-star boutique hotel..free wifi Internet, and sumptuous breakfast served! Right next to the water at the bay in Lapad and a short distance to blue flag beaches! Staff were generally friendly and helpful. Room was comfy with good size bathroom!

Excellent atmosphere; friendly and polite staff; superb facilities; first class restaurant. All fantastic. (By the way, I have already responded to this email and written my comments. But as the hotel was excellent, I have completed this form again.)

Sehr kleines gutgeführtes Hotel, überaus freundliches Personal, schönes Bad mit guter Ausstattung, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, sehr gutes, serviertes Frühstück, sehr gute Küche. Bushaltestelle zur Altstadt sehr nahe

Das Zimmer war nicht sehr schön, Fenster klein und weit oben

Uitermate vriendelijk personeel,perfecte dienstverlening,prachtig zwembad.Zeer lekker ontbijt met bediening aan tafel. Ook het restaurant is gastronomisch en weer een perfecte bediening.Het hotel ligt 3 à 4 km van de oude stad waar het zeer druk is. Met een lijnbus kort bij het hotel ben je in 10 min in het centrum.Het is wel aangenaam om daarna de kalmte van het hotel terug te vinden.Onze kamer was ook top.Niet goedkoop maar wel zeer goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding : elke euro waard.Wij keren zeker nog eens terug.
