Perfect location, surrounded by pine forest, very colse to the beach and the town centre about 10 minutes walk away. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good bathroom. Very big hotel, don't expect the same feeling as in family hotels. Relatively small rooms.

Big room and balcony in a pine forest close to the beach. Good bathroom where everything worked OK. Good buffet breakfast. Very big hotel in a small town (the only big hotel in the town). Not the same feeling as in small family-hotels, not much personal contact with the staff, but everything worked OK.

Esuvimos alojados en la Villa Kimen, un caserón sin calefacción que debieron abrir para nosotros solos, pues el hotel estaba cerrado. El precio fue excesivo para tan poco servicio

Najbolj všeč mi je lokacija , blizu plaže s sprehajališčem in možnostjo pohodništva brez velikih priprav in dejstva , da po prihodu za Cres in okolico ne potrebujem prevoza . Enostavno ob prihodu parkiram avto in ga do odhoda ne potrebujem . Potem je tu še hortikulturna urejenost sprehajališča, čistoča plaže, sprehajalnih in pohodniških poti ipd .Z eno besedo , hotel in okolica sta urejena s pravo mero , očitno s ciljem ohraniti čimveč naravnega okolja . Na kratko, odlično ! Nimam pripomb !

Staff molto disponibile. Bellissima passeggiata lungo la spiaggia dell'hotel. Ampio e comodo parcheggio. Stanze spaziose. Organizzazione della colazione un po' caotica.

Višegodišnje smo gošće ja i moja sestra, te od preurđenja hotela nemamo primjedbi na udobnost i čistoću.Ističemo ljubazno i uslužno osoblje. Također je skladno dizajniran unutarnji prostor, jer su boje opuštajuče, a mirisi u sobi i po hodnicima su blagi, pa sve odiše čistoćom i urednosti. Pristup hotelu i dovoljan broj parkirnih mjesta doprinosi kvaliteti smještaja, a posebna vrijednost je park oko hotela, koji je pomno održavan(ne treba ga ispunjavati drugim sadržajima). U prehranu, posebno za doručak moglo bi se unijeti light proizvode. Posebno cijenimo tišinu u hotelu i oko hotela, pa to treba sačuvati.. nedostatak sadržaja iz kulture u večernjim satima, ali ne isključivo u hotelu, nego u suradnji s gradom u gradu ili na manjem brodiću. Npr. za ponudu događanja iz kulture,hotel bi u suradnji s gradom Cresom mogao povremeno organizirati nastupe lokalnih amaterskih, plesnih društava, ali i jazz glazbenika ili sl., kao ponudu večernjeg obilaska brodićem od hotela do grada i natrag ili dalje. Nedovoljan je angažman hotela za organizaciju odlaska na večernja kulturna događanja izvan Cresa, npr npr. u Lubenice ili Osor za individualne goste koji sami ne žele voziti po noći ali tako da to ne bude isključivo za grupe.
