Komiza Provita Guesthouse  

This place was perfect for me. I had an awesome view of the harbor out of my bedroom window. I was treated very well, and recommend this place. You wouldn't be disappointed. I was met by Dragon who carried my luggage from the bus stop, in pouring down rain, all the way to the guesthouse. Awesome!

The owner was always friendly and helpful despite being obviously very busy. Perfect location with a nice view from rooftop terrace. Would like to go here again.

In the heart of a wonderful small fishing town with a 'buzz'. Friendly and helpful proprietor [who met us at the bus stop].

Excellent location & extremely helpful proprietor (named Tonio). Very small kitchenette is well-equipped & facility is well-maintained. Communal rooftop terrace is good for views of the bay & to catch a welcome breeze. Laundry service is available. Overall, a positive experience!

Rooms are quite small, bordering on the minimum; this includes the tiny kitchenette, which has just about everything that u need but couldn't be any tighter. As was typically our experience in Croatia, the supplied towels are ridiculously small for an adult's shower. Leaving an extra roll or 2 of toilet paper in the bathroom (as another reviewer suggested) would be useful...and adding wi-fi to rooms (& perhaps even a flatscreen tv) would be a significant upgrade

Very nice and very close to Komiza harbour! Air conditioning and cooking facilities. The owner also very friendly and after checking in he walked with us to show us where to eat. It was a very nice restaurant where we had a really nice meal. I would definitely recommend it!

I would recommend this beautiful guesthouse to anyone looking for a quiet stay in a gorgeous location. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful and we had a great time.

It had an excellent location, and the young man working there was very nice and helpful. Luckily we got the only room with aircondition because I´m pregnant. Pregnant or not I would have died without ac. Nice roof terrace.

The room was very small,and all the stairs were not easy since I´m pregnant. We ran out of toiletpaper at least twice, please keep some extra in the room- not only one roll!

It was too noisy at night

The staff was friendly and nice. It was also very clean.

The room and bathroom were quite small and there was no elevator.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at Komiza Provita guesthouse for 3 nights. We called beforehand to confirm reserveration. The owner organised for his mother to pick us up from Komiza bus stop and walk us to the apartment. She was really lovely, explaining various places of interest in Komiza. The apartments are centrally located, right next to a restaurant on the beach (oh, the ambience!), and above a tourism agency. The main thoroughfair is a few mins walk away. The room/apartment we stayed in was small but perfectly formed with fridge, utensils and air conditioning. We had to climb quite a few stairs to get to our room, but it was worth it for the sea views. The sea views from our room and (especially the communal roof terrace) were spectacular!

O camera destul de mica dar foarte bine organizata: chicineta, baie. Amplasata chiar pe strada principala, dar suficient de departe de centru astfel incat sa nu fie zgomot si in acelasi timp aproape de restaurante. Curat.

Bruyant, très mauvaise isolation sonore entre les appartements, Literie inconfortable, lit et surtout oreillers très durs, Pas de wifi gratuit possible dans l'immeuble, Personne pour nous accueillir à l'appartement le premier jour, trouvé adresse du propriétaire grâce à un voisin... Pour la facture, voulait paiement en euros alors que sur booking paiement en kouna, nous a fait le plus exorbitant taux de change du séjour...

Minimalni prostor za obavljanje obroka u apartmanu. Manjak privatne terase za ispijanje jutarnje kave i uzivanje na suncu.

Nous avons séjourné deux jours dans l'appartement au numéro 3 ( mais l’hôte a plusieurs maisons). Ce que nous avons aimé avant tout c'est l'accueil ! Notre hôte nous attendait à l'arrêt de bus, nous a donné toutes les indications d'excursions, les prix, a appelé un ami pour demander conseil, nous a permis de laisser nos bagages pour la journée du check out chez sa grand-mère... Bref un bel accueil croate. L'appartement est très bien situé à 100 mètres des premiers resto et 2 minutes du port et de ses bars et restaurants. 5 Minutes à pied d'une première plage et 10 minutes du seconde ( la plus belle). Le bus venant de Vis nous arrête dans la rue de l'appart donc c'est pratique. L'appartement possède une climatisation très efficace!!

L'appartement a un confort largement suffisant, mais pour avoir fait plusieurs appartement de Croatie celui ci est un peu plus cher pour une qualité un peu inférieure. Après il est clair que Komiza coûte plus cher comme destination car petit village plein de charme. Un problème d'aération donnait une odeur un peu désagréable à la salle de bains, mais tenable ! Enfin l'appartement est situé dans une ruelle au passage obligatoire pour se rendre au port, donc un peu bruyant du passage, et pas de wifi.

Éviter à tout prix les chambres sans air conditionné, elles sont irrespirables et les proprios les proposent aux mêmes prix! Attention aux arnaques dans cet établissement où sous couvert d'un accueil familiale, tout est bon pour faire payer les clients au prix le plus fort. La guesthouse est par ailleurs très bruyante! Difficile de comprendre les bonnes notes sur le site. Un conseil: passez votre chemin...

Malo, skromno, ali vrlo drago mjesto. Terasa na vrhu hotela nenadmašno odlična jer pogled na more, otok Biševo, luku i veliki dio Komiške panorame je inspirirajući, gotovo savršen...Sve pohvale domaćinu, njegovoj ljubaznosti i srdačnoj dobrodošlici. Autohtonost ovog mjesta pridaje mu najveću draž.

Sve je bilo OK.

Nema TV-a, ne mijenja se niti posteljina niti ručnici, soba se iznajmljuje kao studio apartman, koji nema dvije iste čaše, šalice za kavu

VISとKOMIZAを行き来するKOMIZAバス停から近い（バスを降りて真っ直ぐ進めばよい）。若きオ- ーナーは人が良さそうだが・・・。

同系列アパートメントが2か所あるのでしょうか？サイト内に出てくる写真と地図が示す場所もこの宿のようで- すが、私が実際に宿泊したのは別の場所にある宿でした。景色が見られるでもなく、部屋も手狭でキッチンがあ- ると言っても無理やりシンクを付けただけのようなスペース。オーナーが同じ敷地内にいるでもなく、当然ホテ- ルのような受付があるでもなく、客室しかないので、なにか問題が起きたときにどうすればよいのか疑問です。- 私はたまたまバスの運転手が親切だったのでバスを降りて地図を広げていると声を掛けてくれてオーナーに電話- をしてくれたので、迎えに来てもらえたのですが。ですから、部屋に着いたときそのままオーナーに料金を支払- い、「チェックアウトの時は時間が来たら勝手に出ていってくれたらそれでいいから」と言われ、少々面喰いま- した。また、部屋のカギをしないとアパートの門扉・玄関は鍵がないので、外から誰でも自由に出入りできてし- まいます。

The apartment har beautiful surroundings and only a short walk was needed to reach the beach and the centre. Two nice restaurants were situated just around the corner. The owner of the guesthouse was very helpful and nice and the rooms were both clean and pleasant. We also has access to a relaxing sun terrace with a beautiful view. We had an excellent stay at Komiza Provita Gueshouse!

Sauber, Vermieter war immer zu erreichen, 2 Minuten zum Strand, sehr schöner Blick von der Terrasse.

Alles sehr eng, eine Terrasse für alle Gäste, sprich wer als erster kommt kann hoffen, dass die anderen Gäste nicht bleiben. Zuerst hies es die Terrasse ist immer für jeden verfügbar doch dies ist nicht immer so der Fall.

Great location

夜にコミジャに到着したのですが、何時に到着するか伝えていなかったのに、宿の人が迎えに来てくれていて、- とても助かりました。 部屋もとてもキレイで、ロケーションも海が目の前にあり、最高です。
