Good location, 15 mins bus to Dubrovnik Old Town & less than 5 mins walk to beach (cobblestone beach and rocky shoreline like most of the area, but beautiful crystal clear calm water great for swimming in). Close to a nice selection of restaurants in Lapad. Small bedroom and bathroom. No mini-bar. Breakfast not the best and only served til 10am. Didn't bother eating dinner at the hotel, lots of restaurants nearby and in the old town to choose from. Electricity outage on our last day (supposedly in the whole area). No Wi-Fi facilities. No service at the pool side bar, though the hotel pool was nice, but small. |

Bonus surprise to find out that the beach and promenade for seaside walks was close by/also that many cafes/shopping close by(these were not advertised unfortunatelyanywhere in hotel lobby/room)Would have spent less time in the touristy old fortress area had we known. Nice balcony. Bed a little soft. Floor at bathroom entrance had dropped ~ 3 in. |

The breakfast Hotel stuff was disgusting, especially the woman (I don't remember her name),she spoke to people as she do them a favour. At the end, she took from us more then the price which we ordered in Booking.com!!!!!!!!!!! |

Swimming area was good Bedroom was adequate but in need of updating. Bathroom needed to be better cleaned. Hot breakfast could be wider. |

Location was good - only 10min bus ride from the old-town, nice outdoor patio for breakfast and good service. The man on reception was especially helpful & friendly! |

Esta en una zona muy tranquila, junto a la playa, pero a la vez con muy fácil acceso al centro (el autobus está a menos de 100 metros). Un poco caro para lo que es. No depende del hotel, pero la playa (de gravilla) más próxima al hotel no estaba demasiado limpia. |

Bien situado dentro del área de Lapad. Parking. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas (diría que 2-3 metros de lado), todo está viejo y realmente polvoriento y olía a tabaco. El buffet del desayuno es de mala calidad. No se merece las tres estrellas ni el precio que piden. |

La piscine très agréable, le petit-déjeuner buffet très complet, le personnel était très charmant et a répondu à toutes nos questions avec précision (change et achat de tickets de bus possibles!). Malheureusement aucun accès à internet sans fil. |
