Läget! Otroligt vacker utsikt mot havet! Nära till bad, både pool och havsbad. Vacker promenadväg till Krk längs havet. Tog ca 5-10 min. God frukost och middag.

Läget, Servicen, Rent, Priset.

Inga ungdomar. För mycket pensionärer som hetsåt av buffen. Det var som på en Finlandsfärja. maten väldigt Tysk inspirerad. Mest tyskar på hotellet Men jag antar att der är årstiden som styr detta. I oktober reser antagligen mest äldre.

Som gäster från Booking.com som bara skulle stanna en 1/2dag och natt blev vi uppgraderade och fick ett rum med balkong och utsikt mot pool och hav, dessutom fick vi ställa bilen direkt utanför hotellet eftersom vi skulle resa till flygplatsen tidigt nästa morgon. Bra service stort utbud av olika sorters maträtter i matsalen.

närheten till stranden, staden så pittoresk och vackker, att det är så rent både på hotellet och i miljön på resmålet. ett underbart ställe som man lätt tar sig till fr Sverige och där man kan n juta av god mat fin miljö och varmt och soligt väder med strandliv.

Läget bra standarden mycket bra och trevlig personal. Vi var alla fyra belåtna med veckan.

The hotel is located within 10 minutes walk to the centre along a beautiful path beside the water. The breakfast was good with lovely views from the restaurant over the water. Our deluxe suit had a fully fenced cobble stone terrace (ground floor) over looking the sea which was nice. There was a kettle and a selection of tea in our room. We had 2 deck chairs with cushions on our terrace & we loved the kids playground for our little one.

We had a deluxe suit which was not the largest and a bit dark. The cushion covers in the lounge really need replacing as there were quite a few dirty marks on them. A better selection of pillows in the bedroom would be a good idea-for those who like firm pillows. Our booking advertised robes, slippers etc of which there were none. There was no hair dryer in the room and the shower was leaking out of the glass door. We could also hear quite a lot of noise from the upstairs guests. I do feel there is definitely room for improvement, as at 150 euro per night, I had expected a bit more. This did include half board, however we decided to venture out for dinner so can not comment on the evening meal.

The poolarea is really nice, staff are friendly and overall it's a nice hotel.

Our room (201) didn't had the best location, it was right next to the hotel bar were they played loud live music on the evenings and we were told that we couldn't have another room. The staff were a bit uncomfortable speaking english with us.

Good location, nice swimming pools and lovely bay to swim in the sea. Good variety of food on buffet dinner. Off season had bonuses like free parking and internet access. Service friendly and efficient.

Drinks definitely more expensive than elsewhere.

The reception was friendly and helpful and changed our room when asked.

Spa is perfect, the price for sauna should be included in room price.

I think we received a discount rate. We thought the price was good. The hotel was just so so.

Our room smelled funny and it was tucked in a basement it seemed. The pool was nice but the hot tub seemed to be broken. Not sure why it is called a romance hotel. Nothing seemed too romantic.

Great Service & restaurant!

This is communist style building slightly refurbished with the prices from the sky. Too expensive ... but if you don't care the quality of your room I recommend. This hotel has one of the best location in Krk and food (breakfast and dinner) was the best we ever had in Croatia hotels.

The location was ideal. Right on the coast path with a 10-15 minute walk into the old town of Krk. The buffet dinner and breakfast was very good, with an amazing choice of dishes.

Only a quite short stay - one night - so did not feel there was anything in particular

Small room and without bath

Valamar Koralj is very nice, friendly, relaxing place with a beautiful garden and sea coast. The food was amazing, a lot better then what you would expect in a 3 star hotel. We enjoyed our short stay there.

No private beach, lot of people, but it was August.

The location of this hotel was perfect, the best beach place of the city Krk

The hotel was extremely clean and modern with excellent facilities. Food quality, presentation and choice was superb. Took a massage from a very professional lady, definately recommend. The hotel is only minutes from the sea. Room cleanliness, service and comfort all superb with AC and LCD TV if a night in was wanted. Otherwise a good selection of entertainment. Will definately go back.

The food is simply excellent and closer to 5 star quality. Staff are very friendly and the hotel is well maintained. The location is also fantastic as the hotel is nestled in the curve of a beautiful bay surrounded by a pine forest. I recommend the dining area and can't recall dining in a hotel restaurant with a better view. I recommend hiring out the kayaks from the bay beneath the hotel.

The rooms are very compact and could be a little more spacious, though the beds were extremely comfortable.

Second time in Valamar... The bay is great but getting dirtier.... It was the end of schools and lot of students were in the bay..... The hotel is best on Krk City I think

Vine is served directly from outside where the temperature is 35 degrees. Even red wine must be served cooler in summer and the temperature should be like 13-15 (since it will get warm in few minutes while getting air in the wine pitcher). Second they were not able to give us the wine that we asked from their own list :) Finished... That can be acceptable only in october before the premises close... Had to wait for half an hour to get our wine.... And you can not smoke outside with your wine...So forget about dinner in the hotel.... But the personel after my complaint was good and they even did not charged that hot red wine... But of course I prefer getting a good service and paying for it. So we went to Krk City and had to drink there and eat... There is no one who can explain me that you cant smoke outside while eating and drinking wine... Looks like a collage restaurant... But this is the case with many Valamar hotels... They should have separate area for smokers particularly during dinner... This is a must!!!! It is ok to put them seperate but there must be tables where you can smoke... In any case this is what you can find best in Krk.. So when you know all these you are happy :) Can come back again but with all these in mind....

Fantastic location over the Krk bay. Good food and atmosphere. Close to town.

Paying for a beach chair on the hotel beach. No water or free refreshment with dinner. Buffet style food for dinner- good food ruined by canteen style eating.

Outstanding experience. Room came with half board (dinner and breakfast); both meals were fantastic. Lovely view from the quiet pools overlooking the Adriatic. We rented bicycles from the hotel and rode around the lovely town of Krk. Overall, we had a very nice stay and definitely recommend the Valamar Koralj.

The front desk staff was amazing and provieded exceptional service. They went beyond expectation to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Will definitely recommend to others. If we ever go back to the Kvarner area we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Yannick
