We liked everything. It was a charming hotel, really close to the old part of Karlovac. The staff were helpful, we had a really good meal and the rooms were lovely and clean too. Its location is just beautiful, on the river. We liked everything |

This is a lovely hotel and I would definitely stay here again. The rooms are clean and the location very quiet, the staff extremely polite and the breakfast buffet delicious. It earns every one of its 4 stars. |

The service, the food, and the immedieate lakeside location. We enjoyed renting bicycles and exploring the surroundings. Very relaxing. The city of Karlovac is quite industrial and not very appealing for vacationers. The appearance of another nearby hotel was scary (bombed out windows). |

El hotel es muy agradable y está muy bien situado en la zona más bonita de la ciudad. Como anécdota el GPS nos llevó al hotel Karlovac en estado deplorable porque no ha sido reconstruido. El susto fue grande. El hotel está muy bien. La ciudad, en cambio, no es muy atractiva. |
