Hotel Korana Srakovcic  

Pretty well everything - but its tranquil location, with terrace & restaurant beside a gently flowing river made it a memorable place to stay. Our room and the decor of the hotel were of a high standard.The town of Karlovac and surrounding area have many items of interest. We stayed only one night en route to Zagreb airport but next time we are in Croatia we will make an effort to stay longer. A touch of class at at affordable price.

nice room good location

We really enoyed the location of the Hotel Korana. We had been traveling for about 5 weeks in Croatia and this was a place we probably would have liked to use to just "take a breath". It was so lovely and peaceful though I don't know how it would be in summer. We loved the history of the area and drove to see the war memorial a couple of miles down the road. Rounding the bend and coming upon the "old Korana" ruins was indeed quite something. The staff provided excellent service. When in the area again, we would definitely return.

One of the pleasant hotel I have been … Excellent location near the river .. nice rooms …. remarkable restaurant.. recommended to a romantic vacation. About an hour driving distance from Plitvitze . The hotel people were very helpful and responsive to all my request via email before I arrived … It was the best hotel in this trip.

Awesome staff. Wonderful atmosphere. Owners are amazing and hospitable.

Staff was great, very accommodating. Restaurant was terrific and the wait staff was exceptionally friendly. Beautiful surroundings, excellent access to the river and very nice park. We wanted to stay longer once we got there, but had a plane to catch the next day.

Baby Crib was broken.

Beautiful building and location. Great place to be if you want to privacy and time alone.

The male staff were stoggy and would prefer not to be bothered. For dinner they brought us what they felt like bringing us.... Not what was ordered or per the menu. Vegetables were frozen not fresh. In a land of great, inexpensive red wine look out for the (suggested) $50 us per bottle house wine.

I really liked the location of the hotel on the riverbank. Beautiful hotel, well maintained European style. Excellent restaurant inside the hotel=chef restorant There is a lift and parking. Place to relax after a hike in the park platvicha Amazing sight of a river, dam, swans and people splashing around.

The room we got did not suit us! Was in the attic, although a large room with King Size Bed, but with a low ceiling, we could not walk freely. Every time we walked in, we got hit in the head. Room was hot and the air conditioner does not refrigerator properly and also made ​​us sound like a tractor. No curtains on the windows and the light in front of the eye was wake us at six in the morning

Very quiet place and excellent dinner

Prachtig hotel met mooie, aangename kamers. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en professioneel. Indien ik om de een of andere reden opnieuw in Karlovac zou moeten overnachten, dan zou ik er zeker terugkeren.

De keuken beviel mij maar matig. In zo'n prachtig hotel had ik een meer verfijnde keuken verwacht. Ik denk wel dat er in de omgeving niets beter te vinden was.

sehr nettes komfortables Hotel,nette Lage im Park und am Fluss, Zimmer bestens ausgestattet. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Nous avons adore le cadre dans ce superbe parc au bord de la Korana ainsi que la tranquilite qui y regne. L hotel est tres agreable , propre a dix minutes a pied du centre ville.

Le petit dejeuner est tres moyen, peu varie il faut sans cesse redemander des croissants congeles"!! De plus la cuisine est industrielle on s attend a autre chose si l on comparee aux prix excessifs pratiques 22euros po ur le dejeuner ou diner!!" service tres lent. Le chauffage est tres bruyan t dans les chambres.

Rezeptionistin war bei unserer Ankunft rel. überrascht, Zi war nicht hergerichtet, keine Einführung: keine Erklärung über Wellnessberich ( = eher Keller-Notlösung, die kaum benützbar ist), Behandlung nicht unfreundlich aber sehr kühl

Tingene fungerede lige fra dejlig bruser til dejligt naturområde, sø med svaner M.M.

Der var ikke noget, som jeg ikke brød mig om. Det skal da lige være - når jeg nu skriver en mail til hotellet og fortæller, at jeg har glemt en lille plastic opbevaringspung, som jeg håber de sender til mig.

Были проездом из Черногории в Вену. Очень удобное расположение в 40 км от Загреба. После долгого путешествия на машине, настоящий релакс. Природа, речка с лебедями. Спокойное, тихое место. Отличные номера с видом на реку. Ресторан с замечательной кухней имеет отрытую веранду с видом на речку и лебедей. Номера люкс имеют две комнаты, два с/у и два балкона. В ванных комнатах халаты и тапочки.

todo nos ha gustado, destaco el desayuno porque es muy bueno y sin duda recomiendo este hotel.

el restaurante es muy agradable tiene un horario extendido que es muy necesario (nosotros llegamos al hotel a las 15:00 y almorzamos ahi). La comida estuvo bien, pero no estoy de acuerdo con que el chef merece estar en el mejor restaurante de New York, cometario de otro pasajero que he leido antes de elegir el hotel.

Localização excelente com praia fluvial mesmo ao lado.

A rezerva não foi feita pela booking. Sorte terem quarto de emergencia. Agradeço a amabilidade do Hotel

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. Schöne und saubere Zimmer.

Uitstekende ligging en kader. Personeel attent en vriendelijk. Kamer uitstekend. Omdat we er maar 1 nacht hebben verbleven hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt van de andere faciliteiten zoals pool en sauna. Keuken is voortreffelijk.

Jammer dat er in de nabije omgeving een door de oorlog getroffen vervallen gebouw staat. Maar daar kan het hotel zelf waarschijnlijks niets aan doen.

Die Wuensche, die wir hatten, wurden freundlich erfuellt.

Das Navi hat uns nicht auf den richtigen Weg zum Hotel gefuehrt, sondern auf einen inzwischen fuer Kraftfahrzeuge gesperrten. Also habe ich erst einmal per Pedes erkundet, wie man zum Hotel kommt. Aber das war ein beherrschbares Problem und war schnell geloest. Eine Nachricht an Navigon waere fuer spaetere Reisende sicher hilfsreich.

Le cadre est superbe et l'environnement silencieux (sauf si la municipalité tond le gazon à 7 h du matin !)
